 + -1 moreDavid was knowledgeable at fixing the problem and then educating me so I wouldn't have to call him back on the same issues. He also helped me identify and install programs that would provide better security and that would help me keep my computer cleaned up and running efficiently. They have been in business for 17 years and find their customers through word of mouth which speaks very highly for the company.
Description of Work: I had some performance issues and security issues.

 + -1 moreVital Tech provided us with excellent service and we feel that we got more than what we paid for. He helped us avoid the cost of buying new computers and helped us restore all of our files. My husband and I are very grateful and keep recommending his computer repair and data backup services.
Description of Work: Dave Koopmans from Vital Tech IT Services came to fix our computer system after a nasty virus and did an excellent job. Not only did he clean up our computer but also helped install software to back up our data periodically to make sure we do not lose any of our files in the future. He was also able to restore our files and made sure we could go on using our computers with no problem.
