+ 1 moreHe treated our rental home as if it was his own home, as far as his attention to detail and doing an excellent job for us. I am so appreciative of his skillful work, attention to detail, flexibility (regarding scope of work and our requests), promptness in completing work as promised, open communication, and frequent updates of project status and management of this important remodeling project for us. He took the initiative to let me know of any additional problem areas that needed to be addressed. Loren Hanson of Viking Age will be the first contractor we will call if we need any additional work at our rental property.
Description of Work: This was a remodeling project. We had significant water damage at a rental home we own. Loren Hanson managed the remodeling, including a lot of carpentry work as well as drywall and cabinets. He did the trim work and excellent painting. He oversaw the installation of the carpet and vinyl flooring. Basically it was a make-ready. I interviewed three different contractors and he impressed me the most.
