This company was very accommodating with giving me multiple quotes for different permeations of the work I wanted done. I hired the company because the owner seemed very knowledgeable and he offered a good price. There was some disconnect between the owner and the actual workers who came to my property. The workers seemed not to know what I wanted in detail and told me more than once that it "is your fence you can have it how you like." That sounds good, but what the heck do I know about how many feet the uprights should be apart, etc. I just wanted it to look good, be sturdy and not run up the budget. I showed the guys pictures and let them go from there. They cleaned up some refuse in the yard and hauled away all debris in a timely manner. Everything was completed. I got what I wanted, for the most part. I felt that there was some lack of communication especially towards the end when I really wasn't sure if they were finished with the work or not and when I called the main office or sent an email to ask about it I felt as if I was bothering them. I ended up putting a slide bolt on the inside of the side gate they constructed myself because they couldn't figure out how to do it after I asked them more than once. Overall the work was of good quality
