+ -1 moreoKevin arrived on time and went over a sample report and explained the process of how he planned on conduction the inspection. which helped me gain a good understanding of how he planned on conducting the inspection as well as the report format. He was thorough in his inspection process and his report was crisp and easy to understand. He took the time to follow up with me to make sure the buyer fully understood his finding. The quality of work was excellent supported with great follow up. Bottom line the information provided in his inspection report enabled the buyers to move forward and make an informed decision concerning the homes

+ -1 moreVan's Home Inspection was everything I was looking for. Kevin, the inspector, was polite and knowledgeable. I appreciated his thorough approach. The detailed report which I received was understandable and gave me a good picture of the condition of my property. He found some minor things which could be easily repaired. He found one serious safety hazard, but it was inexpensive to fix. Overall, the inspection was money well spent. I highly recommend Van's Home Inspection.
