+ -1 moreEverything went quite well with the installation. However, their after-sale service was very disappointing. Their customer service is non-existant. We made three attempts to get someone out here to change the filter, and it always takes repeated calls for them to respond. They have serviced the unit twice, and we had the same trouble last year when we tried to have them come out for service. We almost ran out of salt because they told us that they were out and on back-order, so we only had 2 inches of salt in our 5 foot tall unit. They gave us at that time many feeble reasons for why they could not deliver. They have failed to show up, and they will never call to let you know they are not coming. They provide excuse after excuse for why their service is not satisfactory. Once they get here they do a fine job, and their service technicians are good. However, their service manager and the scheduler, Cindy, fail in every way to provide good service. I will never use them again.
Description of Work: They changed the filters in my water system, which I had purchased through them and which they had installed around two years ago.
