Two Guys & Some Wire

No service was provided. I tried contacting to move a cable outlet to an adjacent wall. While they were helpful in explaining what needed to be done, I could not get a hold of them a second time to schedule. I contacted them on a Friday morning and the person I spoke with stated they would call me back but I have not heard since. I also left them a voicemail but there has been no response. The company was recommended by another Angie's List contractor because they could not perform the work. Based on other reviews I'm sure the quality of the work is good but trying to get them to respond to schedule the work has been very difficult. I decided to go with another, more responsive company.

While pricey they are very technically competent and did a very professional job. The pc programmed remote control greatly simplified integrating multiple components to a level where my 91 year old mother-in-law can easily watch her favorite tv shows! The business owner came by the day after installation to answer my questions and stayed a couple of hours to show how to get the most out of integrating my stereo into the system. They love their job and it shows in the quality of their wirk.

I have used these guys several times. They are not cheap, but I have always felt the quality of equipment and service was excellent.

I was referred to Two Guys and Some Wire by another Angie's List provider. I called them for an estimate which they promptly responded to and were very punctual, polite and informative. The price was kinda on the high end, but to get things tied in with the knowledge and experience they have, price worth it. On the day of tying every thing in I had a last minute emergency with my work meaning I could not be home to help communicate what I wanted to the workers. When I got home things were not exactly as I wished and asked if they could come back. The workers came back re-worked it the way I preferred and even went above and beyond to do some extra things to make our television network better. For TV, internet and low voltage work I highly recommend them.

Extremely well!! They were efficient, courteous and prompt in their service. As I mentioned above, I have had them return to my home for upgrades and service (My cleaning ladies can't seem to leave my equipment alone!). I would give them a AAA rating and would be happy to discuss my experience with Two Guys and Some Wire with anyone.

Initially did good job but have been increasingly non-responsive to problems ever since. They basically disappeared when we needed them. Returned phone calls late or not at all. No apologies.

Always excellent service and work. They have done 3 jobs for me in the last 5 years and every one was perfect.

Problems afterwards they could not solve. Called for a quote on a smaller project - they were very expensive and a take or leave it atttude

Initially it started very well. Then Cecil dropped off the face of the earth and never followed through after the in-home consultation. I hope he's okay and that there isn't a tragic reason for his failure to respond.

The price inculdes the cost of the remote. they are very good and on time. THey did excatly what I asked them to do.

Overall they were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They answered all my questions fully. The complete job took a little over two hours.

THEIR PRICE WAS VERY AFFORDABLE. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PUNCTUAL. THEY NEVER MESSED ANYTHING UP. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL ALSO. I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPANY.
