Danny Trussell and his crew replaced everything in two bathrooms--tile, sinks, cabinets, mirrors, lights, paint, etc. They also replaced lights in the kitchen. The crew was friendly, conscientious, and understood what they were doing. We can't praise their work enough. Yes, there were a few minor, minor glitches/errors (I would even hesitate to call them that because they were so minor), but you wouldn't believe me if I said everything went perfectly. The bathrooms look terrific now, but I really want to emphasize how hard working this crew was, how professional they were, and how pleased we were to have them in our home. I will definitely call them again for other jobs, and highly highly recommend them.

Overall we were very pleased. The workers were fabulous! They cleaned up after themselves after each visit and were very pleasant to work with. A comment. We had ordered the white blanco sink. We got a call that we could get white baskets and the color would match. The color matched; however no matter how I scrubbed, they looked dirty around the plate. I called and spoke with Danny about our concerns. He came to our home the next day (which is awesome). He said that what looked dirty was actually a shadow and nothing could be done. He offered to replace the baskets in both sinks for no charge. (we had to pay for the parts). We appreciated his willingness to work with us.

They were great, and their service was excellent. We went to their showroom, and somebody worked with us the whole time. We went out to get granite, and they were juts fantastic! I absolutely love my countertops!

We talked with Christy and Danny at a home show and decided they would do our counter tops. They are very easy to work with and explain the process well. Christy went with us to select the granite and pointed out flaws in slabs. She also suggested a different style that looked like what we wanted at a different dealer and went with us to the other dealer. The slab on top was not what we wanted so she had them grab another and it was perfect. After the template was done we met with them and worked out how they would be laid out on the slab to get aspects of the slab we wanted. They were always very professional and left the area clean when they left. We are waiting for a hood fan to be installed and then we plan on having them do a tile back splash.

Danny and his team did a great job. They were on time and professional. When he realized that there was going to be a seam in the counter, he called us first and we agreed to purchase an additional slab to avoid the seam. But, he called first to make sure we would be happy with the seam and gave us another option to avoid it - the choice was up to us. Also, my husband accidentally ordered the faucet I liked the least. Danny had it replaced with the one I wanted without any hassle. I would and have recommend Trussell's to several of my friends and clients.

Danny Trussell and Scott from ACB Cabinets came to give me an estimate. I told them what types of things I wanted in my kitchen and they came up with a great plan on how to make my kitchen exactly what I wanted. I actually had another company come in to gave me an estimate and their estimate was twice the amount with half of the items I wanted. We worked with Scott on the cabinets and the design and were very pleased with the response time with all of the changes we made from the original design. Everyone worked with us so well, it was a pleasure to see them. Danny told us what granite he thought would be perfect for the coloring we wanted, and he was right on. When we went to Arizona Tile to see all the granite choices, we went with the one Danny chose to begin with. When the time came to start the project, Chris and TJ were exactly on time and worked very hard. They were also extremely nice to work with. Travis showed up the next week and kept everything going right according to plan. Even when they were doing tear out and found mold, they kept up with the original time plan. The cabinets had to be installed at a later day than planned, but the over all timing kept up. I don't know how they kept on time with the additional work that had to be done .Danny was always in and out making sure that everything was being done to his high standards. I can't say enough about how much I love my kitchen. It's almost too beautiful to cook in. I would definitely work with Trussell's again. By the time they left the job, it was sad to see them go. I felt as though we had become friends. These are good people with high standards and ethics.

It went very well. We had no complaints and would use them again with no reservations.

Trussells was recommended by my general contractor. They were willing to meet with me to look at granite on the weekend and on short notice. We selected the granite. Then they came to measure. They were professional. We were able to look at the templates on the granite and discuss what would work best in our kitchen. They came out to install. THey were on -time. They were professional and they did a great installation. They cleaned up after themselves. They explained in detail about the granite and care of the granite and the granite shield product. The granite looks great

After finding the store, the owner took his time and answered our questions. Showed us and explained the pros and cons of different grades and material. We had done our homework, but it was refreashing seeing someone who loved what they do. We asked if someone could come and measure our area and get an estimate. The man that came, called prior to coming and arrived on time. He measured and re measured and explained how he would joined one granite to another. On the day of installation, again he was on time. The sink we had bought was too small, so we quickly brought another one. He and his partner took the counter outside and re cut and finished the edge. We did not hear them complained at all. We knew this was going to set them back several hours. As they were installing they were also vacuuming right behind the mess. I have never seen a company take so much pride on their work. After they were done, they also explained how to keep the granite looking new.

The job took a month as we expanded some work beyond the original specifications. There were some fix it things Danny did for us on drywall repair and replacing the RO filter without adding extra charges that we appreciated. The only thing I wish we had was a choice of the undercabinet light fixtures as flourescant lights were installed and they were h****** the eyes, so we replaced those ourselves at our own expense.

Danny Trussell and his team were highly professional all the way through the project. When we encountered delays because of problems with the electrical service and appliances, they stayed in contact and quickly rescheduled the work. When a couple of the fixtures and appliances arrived damaged during shipping, they pointed it out to us and helped us reorder and reschedule. They advised us on choosing a good quality granite and invited us to see them templating it. There were never any unpleasant surprises - only great ones! We were thrilled with the project and have already given their name to several friends and will certainly hire them again ourselves in the future. A great experience from start to finish!

They helped us. We originally were with another company that went out of business. Trussell was the subcontractor. He did the job for us for the original amount of money. He got all the products and saved it for us from the other company. He was extremely professional and somebody that we could really rely on.

Trussells only sub'd out one portion ( tub resurface ) and they managed the sub as if they were part of their own crew. The supervisor was on site everyday at the beginning and end....and a lot in between. Excellent management and attention to detail. They had remodeled a bathroom for us 2 years earlier and we had a little trouble with the shower pan......fixed. No charge. Trussells wants a a good rep and repeat business. They will get it from us.

He is a really good guy. I give him the highest ratings across the board. They are running their commercial now. I saw it last night and it was a nice commercial.

Although there was some minor difficulty with the install of the patio cover--due to the manufacturer's instructions, the job was completed with excellent results. The owner, Danny was very helpful in talking with the manufacturer to get proper install instructions. The canvas cover was ripped, but this was covered under warranty and Danny's team came back to install the new cover at no additional charge. I also had them install a heavy duty shelf in a closet that would hold numerous printers, copiers and a heavy safe. This job was done perfectly, on time and under estimate!
