Everything was done according to the schedule...all of the persons who were involved in the process were very professional, very knowledgeable about their particular skill, cleaned up after themselves and were quite pleasant to have in my home. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend Trussell Transformations to anyone looking to remodel their home. I would certainly use them again.

They were amazing! Danny Trussell was wonderful to work with from start to finish. I had gotten bids from three other installers, one much more expensive and two less expensive. Danny had much more information for us and was far and away the most professional. He sent us to Arizona Tile to select the granite, and that was a great experience also. We also worked with Ferguson's Supplies to select the sinks and dishwasher. Carly was very helpful with this. Joey and Matt from Trussells came to remove the old countertops and came back the next day to install the new sink and new faucet so we would have water in the kitchen over the weekend. Everything they did was most professional and everything was right on schedule. Joey is a master at laying out the template on the granite. We had selected a very "busy" pieces of granite, and he worked it so the natural design moved from the counter up the back splash. It's the look we wanted without knowing we wanted it. The installation was perfect, and they sealed the granite with a lifetime sealer, Granite Shield. I am very pleased with the results, and I would strongly recommend them for granite work.

Flooring is a difficult project to undergo when you are living in your home, but this went surprisingly well thanks to Trussell's. They were wonderful about accommodating our travel schedule so that tile tear-out could take place while we were out of town. Tom and Tony, the tile and wood installers, were efficient, professional, and personable; and they performed high qualify work and cleaned up every day. The carpet guys were also efficient and did a great job. The project was completed on schedule, and we always knew what to expect and when. Trussell's is great about quoting projects in a transparent, clear way so you know exactly what you are paying for materials and for labor. And there were no surprise expenses or other costs. Another plus is that Trussell's is a member of ProSource flooring, so we were able to get wholesale prices on the flooring materials. If you are looking for a contractor you can trust to be responsive, clear and honest, and one who provides professional service and does high quality work, then look no further. I highly recommend Trussell's for any flooring project! They also did an excellent job with a complete master bath remodel and a wet bar countertop at our house, which are reviewed separately on this site. We are very happy with all the services Trussell's has provided, and we will definitely hire them again if we decide to do any additional remodeling.

We had a great experience with this company, and I highly recommend Danny Trussell and Trussell's Transformations for remodeling work. We did a complete master bath remodel, which took several weeks, and we are very happy with the result! Reasons we hired Trussell's include that Danny is very transparent about what you are paying for. He and everyone else at Trussell's are responsive to questions and requests, easy and pleasant to communicate with, and honest and straightforward about all aspects of the project. The cost was fair, especially given the quality of the work product. During the project, we always knew what to expect and when, and the remodel crew was great. Not only were they professional and hard-working, but they also had good ideas for improving upon our design. (Danny also provided excellent design guidance.) Our bathroom got a new shower, new vanity cabinet, new sinks, new tub, granite countertops and granite tub surround, granite window sills, new floor, new lighting, new paint, etc. The guys also had to move some plumbing and a heating vent around, and re-do some electrical wiring. They did it all, and did it well. We appreciated all of the help from Danny and his team in picking out all of the materials and products for this major project. We also had Trussell's install a new granite countertop, sink and faucet on a wet bar in our living room, and we love how that turned out, too. Trussell's makes remodeling and updating your home as painless as it can possibly be. We were so happy with our experience with this company that we also contracted for new flooring throughout our 3600SF home. A separate excellent review will be posted about that job soon! We had done some research not knowing how to start the process for replacing our vanity top in the master bathroom. Called a few of the places that were listed on Angie's list. Trussell's was the only one that offered to send someone out and do some initial measurements and provide a quote. The others suggested we come look at the products available in their showrooms and boneyards and have rough measurements available. We have an odd shape to the vanity, over 9 feet along the front edge and 7 feet along the back. Steve McFarland from Trussell's came out on a Friday, took some measurements and asked what we were looking for. I wanted something light in color but not super busy, and that would go well with our tile (Arizona Tile, Waterfall Series, Victoria). He offered to go back to look through his boneyard for pieces that would fit. The boneyard, he explained, would be the cheaper way to go. Otherwise we would need to purchase a larger square footage and that would increase the price. He found three pieces that he thought would fit what we were looking for. He emailed photos. I asked if we could come grab some samples of each, and he actually dropped them off the following Monday. Saving us a trip out to their shop. We took our time making a decision, but we never felt rushed. Steve would check in via email about every 3 days. Once we decided the process was smooth. A team was sent out to remove the old vanity top and make a template for the new top. A week later the new top was installed. Only wish I had thought to ask for the sink size before hand. They are a little smaller than what I was expecting, but after 8 months I don't really notice it too much. We have not had any problems with the product and are very happy with the experience. We are currently looking into a kitchen remodel and one of the other samples Steve brought out is a candidate for the kitchen counter.

The service was very prompt, even finishing a day earlier than promised. The men who did the work were professional, kept the job site clean and removed all debris. Very well done.

We contacted three Angie?s List top rated contractors for estimates on our kitchen remodel project. Trussell?s Transformations was among the three. Danny Trussell?s bid was not far from the others. When we met Danny, he was very knowledgeable about so many aspects of remodel projects. Our project involved running a gas line from one end of our house to the other to convert from electric to gas cooking. Danny offered to arrange the gas line installation. He gave us suggestions on most every aspect from selecting granite for our countertops to relocating certain kitchen appliances to fit our kitchen space. He provided names and addresses for cabinet, appliance and granite merchants, offered to coordinate the payment for the plumber, the appliances, granite and tile, and even secured a wholesaler discount for us. He later arranged appliance delivery to coincide with the install. On the scheduled day for the kitchen demo, Danny?s team (Mike, Joey and Matt) were punctual and went to work. By the end of the day they had removed the old countertops, tile and appliances, and crafted a template for the new countertops. Two days later the plumbers appeared to run the gas line. Then Danny phoned us to meet at his warehouse to review and approve how they planned to cut our granite slabs. On Monday of the following week the workers appeared to begin the granite, sink and appliance install. Then the new tile was laid on the walls. While there was a slight delay in the installation of our microwave, the setback was mostly our fault for selecting the wrong type -- a countertop rather than a wall mount. It had to be ordered. But, as soon as it was received, Mike appeared to install that and our kitchen hood. Also, every time Danny?s team appeared, they always cleaned up after themselves. Danny provided us his cell number and he always responded promptly to our questions and/or concerns. And when it was completed, the renovation turned out wonderful! We could not be more pleased with our new beautiful kitchen. Our gratitude goes out to Danny, Mike, Joey, Matt and those others who worked on our project. You guys are awesome.

Trussell's Transformations did a great job from start to finish! The countertops look fantastic! Christy was informative and very helpful during the decision making/ordering process. A special thanks to the two men who did the temple and installation! They were professional, thorough, and just plain nice people!

Danny Trussell came out to provide the original estimate and offer his well-informed guidance on material selection, installation options, and potential problems that might arise. As the job was complicated by my desire to preserve the original tile backsplash, his thorough explanation of how that would be accomplished avoided surprises later. The next step was selection of the granite, for which Danny guided me through the supplier's warehouse and carefully explained the differences in grading/pricing of stone and advised on choices of colors/textures to best complement my existing cabinets, floor tile and backsplash. Without that level of assistance, I would have been totally confused by the seemingly endless variety of granite. At the end of that visit, the actual slabs of stone to be used had been selected. After that came the final measurement and templating in the kitchen to prepare patterns for cutting. Danny invited me over to his shop to see and approve exactly which portions of the granite slabs would be used, where the joints would be, and how the grain would blend from one section to the next. While only about half of each slab was needed, I was charged only for the actual square footage used. A week later the same crew, Joey and Bob, arrived promptly for the installation. Their work was thoroughly professional, efficient and meticulous. The result is absolutely beautiful, with joints hardly noticeable and a perfect fit to the wood moldings and tile backsplash. A nice touch is a lifetime-warranted sealant that eliminates concern about the porosity of granite and resultant staining. Overall, I could not be happier with the experience and the final product and would whole-heartedly recommend Trussell's.

Danny and his staff worked with me through all phases of the process. They had a lot of understanding during the counter top selection and decision phase.even allowed me to change my mine a couple of times. This is the second time I used this company. The first was a kitchen rework. Both jobs were done very well, on time and very professionally. Even after the job was done they were willing to help me filling out the warenity paper work. When my schedule changed and I had to hurry up the installation, they worked my schedule arrive on time and worked with me through out the process. We were agin thrilled by their speed thoughtfulness.they cleaned up after the work and left the job site better that when they arrived. Their team are very skilled and knolagable and pleasant. They gave me a lot of sound advice and recommendations that I used to finish out the bathroom. They may not be the cheapest shop in town but it well worth the price. They gave me several cost option, understanded my budget and stuck by their word and estimate. It has become rare to find a companywho word and promises are to be trusted. I have a second bathroom to do and look forward to working with them again. This is a very good company owned and operated by very nice people.

This company was sent by Lowes to install our new carpet. The installer arrived on time, removed all of our old carpet and padding, place the new padding and carpet quickly. The old baseboards in one room were very beaten up so we had purchased new baseboards and were going to ask how much extra he would charge to install them. He graciously did that work at no cost even though he had to cut them to size. Two and a half years later the carpet has not started to wrinkle or bunch at all. It is nice to have a company that does their work well and goes the extra step with customer service. I understand they do remodeling and would consider them for some work in the future.

A great experience from start to finish. Danny did a great presentation with samples, information, and in comparison with the other two estimates, made the best impression. While not the least expensive, we felt we would get exactly the result we wanted, and we did. The granite was selelcted at nearby Arizona Tile, and then a template was made by Joey of the exact shape of the countertops and a week later they were delivered. A perfect fit and fine craftsmanship along the way. Even in comparison with other providers on angies list, this was superior and highly recommended.

The thoroughness stood out the most. They came out and they did a rough measurement and came up with a price. They helped us at the supplier to pick out the exact piece of stone we needed. They invited us to their factory. They sent out two guys to do a template. They removed the existing countertops and disconnected the plumbing. They got the true correct measurements. Then put the plumbing back up. They put the template on the stone to figure out which pieces of stone we wanted. They just did a great thorough job. Their pricing was in the middle; it wasn’t the highest and it wasn’t the lowest. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I do not think they listened to what I wanted. First of all, in their first e-mail to me, Christie asked for my phone number, which I had included it in the e-mail I originally sent to them. I asked to see samples in my home and Danny brought only one set even though I had said what I was looking for after Christy asked me to be more specific. When I found only one sample I even remotely liked, he suggested I get on line to look at two particular samples. They were the exact opposite of what I said I wanted. So, I don't think we are communicating at all and I would like my $99 back. Thank you.

I can't say enough good things about the Trussell's operation! This was our first update to our home and it was a little overwhelming to say the least. Mr. & Mrs. Trussell and their team took the time to explain everything about the process and to answer our many questions in a professional manner which quickly put us at ease. The work was performed in a very professional, punctual and quality manner and everything afterwards was cleaned up very nice. You can tell they take pride in their business!! We are very happen with our new kitchen & bath and would highly recommend Trussell's Transformations! If I need anything updated in the future my first call will be to Danny or Christy.....

The first time they came out the new sink did not fit. They didn't charge me extra. They came on time, professional. They were wonderful. When the second sink arrived, the owner of the company came out to do some adjustment. Again very good and very thorough. I was impressed with the way they care about customers and their workmanship.

From my initial contact with Michael at the Home and Garden show in Albuquerque to the final completion of the job, my experience with Trussell's was nothing but positive. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do and for the price that was initially quoted. I was impressed with everyone I dealt with at Trussell's - from the owners (Danny and Christy) to everyone who helped in getting the job completed - there is quite a long list - they have a very cohesive team! They were good at what they did, a pleasure to work with and very professional. Throughout the process, I always felt comfortable and had faith that they were going to give me the results I was hoping for. Actually, the results were better than I could have ever hoped for - my counters and floors are absolutely beautiful! They made sure that I was happy with everything - from picking out the granite, to selecting how the counters were laid out on the granite. I truly felt that for everyone at Trussell's, the customer truly is number one. They were always responsive to my many questions and changes of mind and always made sure that I was comfortable with the decisions that I made - providing me all the information that I needed to make the decisions. The entire experience from start to finish was nothing but positive. I couldn't be happier!

Absolutely great! On time, on budget, very professional team. Terrific granite, tile and sheetrock/walls/paint. They did the wotk carefully, no upselling, great ideas. We liked Danny and Kristi's work so much, we're having them replace a bathroom.

I am really late in getting this recommendation written, but was so pleased with this company, the owner and the men that work for him, that I wanted to pass it on. Initially, I had my kitchen (cabinets, counters, and floors) remodeled. The materials and installers were hired through Lowe's. Aside from the cabinet measuring and install, the rest was handled by Troussell's Transformations, LLC. The owner, Danny, met with me and went over everything that needed to be done and did all of the scheduling. Troussell's did all of the demolition from tearing out cabinets to the removal of old flooring. They handled repositioning of some plumbing, some drywall repair from damage that occured from a previous counter replacement, in addition to needed drywalling. Once the placement of the new cabinets was outlined Danny came through and helped me decide where electrical outlets would be the most convenient and had them installed. Once the marble was decided on Troussell's measured, cut and installed the counter tops and backsplashes and installed the sink and faucet. After the cabinet and floor demo and before cabinet install they managed to squeeze in the leveling and laying of the tile floor. This required some tight scheduling due to some miscommunication and they came through wonderfully. There was even a point where they came in on a weekend to do some work to work around the cabinet install. All of the men that worked for Troussell"s were always on time, efficient, professional, considerate and courteous. At different times, both Danny and a couple of his employees (they happened to be Danny's brothers) rehung the front and closet doors on their own because the doors were "bothering" them! All of the work was done well, professionally and each day when they were finished the work area was thoroughly cleaned up. I could not have been happier with Troussell's work. ** Part of the costs reflective of Troussell's labor was incorporated in Lowe's labor costs of the entire cabin demo and install. Estimate: $12,000 I was so pleased that I hired Troussell's to return for another project in late October. I had the carpet torn out of the family room and replace by the same tile from the kitchen, adjacent to the family room. The project included tiling the family room, through a small entry way to the the garage door, into a guest bath and into the laundry room. I also had them install a utility room sink in the laundry room which required some additional plumbing and a change of lighting from flouresent to recessed LED lighting and painting. Once again, Troussell's and Danny came through and I am extremely happy with their work and the final results. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Even though this company was not able to provide the services I needed, they were professional, courteous, and helpful. The woman who answered the phone wrote down all our home's plumbing and tile issues. She then had the company's owner, Christy, speak with me. She explained why they would not be able to address our issues and provided recommendations for other companies that might be able to assist us. I felt supported in my quest to have our home projects completed. I would contact them first if other home issue arise.

We did a complete kitchen remodel starting in Jan with the layout and design. I shopped around and went to several other companies and found Trussells competitive and very easy to work with. we used ACB for cabinets and I did the electrical and drywall work myself. Mike walked us through each step of the selection and made several trips to our house to make measurements. Mike made recommendation and all the people at trussells were helpful friendly and very professional. Trussells sells made suggestions to lower overall cost and kept their word on all aspect of the design selection and installation. Trussells coordinated with us and ACB to do the template the day after the cabinets were installed minimizing the kitchen down time. After the granite was selected. They laid out the counter top to get the best look. We were involved in every aspect of the design and layout Mike and the installers made several suggestion on edge finishes sink layout and window sill installation. One week later they showed up on time and did a precessional job of the installation that was right the first time. Everything about the installation went well and we are very pleases with the results. The day after the counter tops were installed they install the the backsplash that I purchased myself. This also was done very precessional and right the first time. Trussells is a very competent friendly company employing god people that know what They are doing. Trussells kept us informed on every step of the process. We now have a kitchen that's functional beautiful and something we are-proud of..

. Danny Trussell is one of the best contractors I've ever encountered. He does exactly what you ask, gives excellent advice, is reasonably priced, and has very professional and considerate staff. He made the wheelchair ramp look like it came with the house! It's above and beyond what I hoped for and expected. I've been in a wheelchair for nearly 40 years and this is the best built and looking ramp I've ever had No kidding! I'm definitely going to use Danny again over the summer for some other jobs just waiting for his touch!

Love love the way they cut the granite to make it 'flow' - would absolutely use them again! Really know what they are doing and very helpful in our selections. Less expensive than others (including Home Depot) and better quality (sink and faucet). Thanks, Trussells!
