Description of Work: They didn't even show up and called after the scheduled time to reschedule for another day. Mind you we cleared our morning schedule and sat around the house waiting. Could have made better use of our time. It was inconsiderate of them. So we ended up not rescheduling and went with another company that actually honored the appointment.

Description of Work: I hired them a couple of years ago for a problem with tiny ants (sugar ants). Under Truly Nolen regular service, the ant problem got much much worst. I had to fight with the office and get the manager out to see how bad the problem was. I couldn't leave food on the counter for even a few minutes, couldn't use the toaster, and even airtight containers didn't keep them out of stored food. It was a disaster for months, and the manager wouldn't take my calls at one point. We finally reached an agreement, and I think they have the problem under control now, and the new technician seems excellent, but it was a huge hassle for me. Their service has been either "A" or "F", hence I have graded "C"'s. They told me that the technician who did my service is no longer with them, and that he wasn't actually doing what he was supposed to do. If in six months the ants are still banished, then I will write a new review.

Description of Work: Did an inpection of my bugs and property to give an estimate of $2800 for termite treatment. He was adamant that these flying ants were termites instead. I have since gotten 3 other estimates from grade A companies (including Orkin) who say these are flying ants (about $200 to treat). He really had me going, I guess he just wanted to make an extra buck?? I also researched online the differences between flying ants and termites, and these are clearly flying ants. Thank you Orkin.
