We had a great experience with our service rep (Joey). We live in Santa Fe and the technician came on-time. He was very professional and courteous. He found several openings in our HVAC room where the mice could have entered. He also found poop in the room as well. He did a thourough check of the entire house and found several more possible openings. He first set traps in the HVAC room and he returned the next day to check. There were no mice in the traps so he then plugged up the holes. We have not had any mice problems since Joey has been at the house. He left some sticky traps in case they come but nothing so far. The service was great and I highly recommend them!

A man shows up and asks you how it's been going, any problems. Once our man used diatomaceous earth for ants which is not a threat to my little dog. He will also spray something that when dry, is no threat to my dog. He will tell you what he did, I only want him outdoors and that seems to keep our house mostly bug free. I see a spider, I put it outside if I can catch it.

I called for service, technician called me from the field where he was at to schedule the work at my convenience. tech. showed up on time, did the work in a clean and effective manner then he was gone and so were the bugs.

We met for a consultation and the products they use and the 5 year guarantee. They trenched around the house and garage and treated and back filled trenches. Drilled holes in cement driveway and interior of garage, treated, and patched holes. Inside house drill tiny holes just above the base board and injected treatment. I did the patching and touch-up paint of those holes. They installed an access pannel for bathroom water fixtures and treated the area. Spray treated wooden structured shed for termites and mold. Treated 3 tree stumps. They had 4 people came at 8 am and were done by 2:30 pm. They were all professioal, knew there jobs, cleaned up after themselves. There are cheaper ways to go but the $600 version from a different firm was only for exterior trenching and 3 year guarantee.

I am on a quarterly service agreement with them and have been for many years. They also service a rental property of mine. They are prompt, courteous, extremely thorough and go above and beyond what it takes to service their customers. I won't use anyone else because they establish a friendly, caring and professional relationship with their customers and they are extremely knowledgeable. These folks are friendly and reliable. Give them a try and you won't go anywhere else.

We've been using Truly Nolan for about 4 years now. They're great. They're professional and courteous. The cost is competitive. We ended up not using them for termite treatment because we didn't like their product quite as much and, honestly, the salesman didn't pitch us well, but otherwise we're devoted Truly Nolan customers. They come between scheduled services if there's something like a scorpion outbreak like we had inside, or an uptick in critters winding up outside our doors, too. I will say we're waiting for them to resolve one issue we have, but I'm hopeful they'll do right by us as they've always done.

He treated the exterior and interior of my house. HE advised me on keeping my dogs out of the treatment for the exterior areas. He treated my house plant for gnats. Oveerall, I'm very pleased with the service.

They were excellent. They will continue to be our pest control compay. They are wonderful.

I hired Truly Nolen for a pest inspection prior to the purchase of my new home. The only negative thing I can say is that they were running about 30 minutes late, though I am not sure if that was a one-time thing or a regular occurrence. Otherwise, the gentleman who arrived was professional, friendly, thorough, and explained a lot of things to me about preventative steps you can take to discourage termites. I was very impressed with the quality of services performed. They will do a free inspection/consultation for you with no obligation to sign up for their regular service, although when you are purchasing a home and the bank requires a pest inspection for financing they do charge for the inspection. I cannot recall how much I paid for the inspection.

I observed over several days a small flying insect that looked like termites. I called and got same day service. The technician was skilled, polite and appeared thorough in examining the entire house. His initial observation was that it was indeed a termite infestation. I had captured several insects and provided them to the technician, in which he took back to his laboratory for identification. Before leaving, he gave me several estimates regarding the types of extermination that would be required. Several hours later, he called to inform me that the insects were not termites but a flying ant. These types of infestations typically do not produce structural damage to homes, but he could still offer an extermination plan. I declined in light of the limited damage that was likely.

Overall I was left with too low a confidence in the job given its expense. The technician who initially came out ended up leaving the company shortly before the service was to be provided leaving me unsure if what he told me was really going to happen. His replacement was competent and professional but it also became clear that the initial technician had been sloppy in his review. A third individual was responsible for the trenching and pest control application. While very pleasant and accomodating, he seemed to run out of energy at the end of the day and did not adequately fill the drill holes or restore the trenches to an acceptable state. The next morning I went out and filled a dozen or so holes myself and ended up calling the local manager. To his credit, he sent the applier back out the same day who retrenched, hopefully filled any remaining holes, and cleaned the trenched area up better. I did need the service and am hoping that the treatment takes care of my pest problem. However, had I not been there and inspected the work closely, I'm not sure what would have happened and which has left me with a general lack of confidence in the work.

We had a good experience with them. We have not had many bugs. They just do what I ask them to do. They don’t bother me after that. They are always accommodating when I need them to come.

They are very professional, and thorough and if there are issues they will come back as many times as needed without additional charges, until the issue is resolved.

They have a whole long checklist of things they do. I never have pests in the house. They always do a great job. Mark is very friendly and helpful. I've been using them for years, ever since I moved in.

Mark is consistently on time and he’s been wonderful. Whenever we’ve had a problem they’ve addressed it immediately.

Kyle set an appointment for an estimate for the day after I called. He came out and was very thorough, we set an appointment to have the house sprayed right away. He came out a week later as a followup. Very happy with the experience.

They do a good job. The only criticism I have is that they have high turnover so I rarely ever have the same technician.

They are efficient. I am satisfied with their service.

They treated for ticks, fleas and spiders.

I have had them for several years. I have been satisfied with them. They come by every quarter. I spend probably $250 a year. I have had no problems with them. They are prompt. If I have a special request or if something is not worked right, I call them and they are back out to redo the job almost instantaneously which hasn’t happened that often. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

Very thorough, professional. We live in an old neighborhood and we've had a problem with pests in the past. We haven't seen one roach etc. in our house since was serviced. It's worth it if you can afford it.

We used Truly Nolen for several years at our home. Their basic service was fine; however, we had two recurring problems that they had trouble tackling. First, we had ants inside the home. Typically, the service technician would provide treatment while complaining that the previous technician had treated incorrectly. Usually, the ants would be taken care of temporarily and additional visits were necessary. Second, we have mice in our ceilings. Many attempts to deal with this problem have been unsuccessful. One final note, Truly Nolen assigns a particular technician to your home and we were unlucky that the technician for us was not someone we wanted to interact with - so this review is partially due to the individual as much as the company.

I don't really have any dislike on them. I have been using them for about 2 years now. The one thing that stands out about them is their punctuality. I would use them in the future too.
