They did not do a specific project. They just come 4 times a year and do a good job. Their technicians are capable and friendly.

We are very satisfied with Truely Nolen pest control company. The technician that comes to the house is friendly and professional. We have not seen any bugs in the house and the price is reasonable for the service.

This company is reliable, very trustworthy, committed and thorough. Their team of employees are dedicated and extremely knowledgeable.

Very pleased with service and personnel (Noel and Jared). I received an estimate after a free inspection, and service was professional, punctual, and timely.

First try, tech did not show, did not call, did not cancel. Took 3 phone calls to reschedule appointment. Second try, made it close to on-time. Kind of haphazard application of insect repellant/poison. Am still noticing live bugs. They are supposed to check in two weeks for success in eliminating bedbugs completely. Because of the high cost of their "guaranteed" premium service (over $1300 initial cost, plus $42/month), I had to scale back on my choice of level. The tech was polite, but cursory. Took less than 1 hour for 2 bed, 1 bath, kitchen, living/dining apt. approximate 850 sq.ft.

1st phone rep said the exterminator was actually in my neighborhood and would call in an hour and possibly be able to come that day. Didn’t call so I called and 2nd phone rep took more info and called exterminator on his cell but he didn’t answer. Promised she’d left him both voice and email. Waited another 2 hrs with no call, contacted again and 3rd rep said everything previous 2 did was not policy and wrong. Said she couldn’t reach the exterminator because now he was gone for the day (2pm). Apologized profusely but wanted to start process all over. Forget it. Called another company and had someone there the very next morning.

I came home from a trip and I was visiting family, and when I got home, I was advised that there was bed bug. So I checked with Angie's List and found Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control and asked if they do bed bug inspection. They came out, they were immediately responsive, I was very concern that they were going to sell me bed bug treatment, but they didn't. They were very thorough and they did not find anything. They advised me and informed me about bed bugs. So I ended up getting a preventative service from them and the first service, they were on time. I would highly recommend them.

Dependable, responsive and professional

had this pest control service for almost four years, which involved quarterly pest control treatments for my home and yard. Unfortunately, because our technician's seemed to be replaced every year or so, we felt we needed more continuity and stability so we have moved on. Service seemed to slip a bit in the last year.

They came to the property without permission, then billed for a complete service although there is no access due to a locked gate. They reported me to a credit agency for a past due instead of moving the billing up to when they came and completed the service months later. No management ever called me to rectify or apologize.

Their work is excellent. They are exceptionally competent and professional...by far the best I have ever used.

Service person did not know the ingredients in the spray can. Two of the traps left popped open immediately. Ant trap left near garbage can, toxic to my cats, never had the strip removed. A large mass of spider webs on my outside door light was not removed. Technician did not know how long the traps lasted " when they are full". Not correct

Had a very poor experience and the work did not get done. It took about 2 1/2 weeks to get them to come out, The tech seemed competent enough and proposed an annual contract etc that did not quite fit what we wanted, so he and his manager did, after several days come up with something that worked. We set an appointment for last Thursday. Called tech, who said he was working in another area then. Promised to come Friday between 12 and 2 pm. Called him at 1.30 to check. No answer. He did not show p, and did not return my call or vm. They may be good, but if they cannot be trusted to act as promised, not much value of there quality. We will not use or call them again.

The visit was great; our technician was on time, professional, and courteous. He asked what experiences we had been having with pests and assured us that the pest controls he was using were not hazardous to our cat.

I was pleased with the initial rodent services, and decided to hire them for pest control as well. I was told the invoicing would take a while to get entered in the system, but I should go ahead and pay the agreed amount per month. After a few months of sending my monthly payments - invoices started arriving from a Florida branch office for a different amount than I had agreed to. When I called the representative who'd set up my contract to figure out the discrepancy - he was rude and basically told me he had been clear and he was sorry I was confused. I would not trust them in or around my home again - as the service was expensive, and I was treated very poorly when I attempted to understand their extremely confusing and inconsistent billing process.

Randy & Jeanette are extremely;y polite and helpful. Randy is the technician that comes out and Jeanette is the office manager. They come out almost immediately if I see a bug in between services. They give me a price break for being a senior citizen. They do a great job and will take care of any needs that I have. They even come in once a year and take down all of the cobwebs. The tool they use is also treated with an insect repellent.

They billed me for a complete service and only sprayed the outside. They did not spray inside the house. We were not home at the time and they never called to schedule another appointment. They would not reverse or credit the charge. I will never use them again.

I called for an estimate. I was told someone would contact me to make an appointment. No one did. A week later I was called and asked how things went. I let them know that no one had called or come by. The apologies were profuse. Within a few hours I was contacted and an appointment was set. The salesman showed up on time, and provided an estimate. We agreed on the price and time for the spray treatment. The technician came on time and explained all about the spraying process, then treated the home. Both the salesman and the technician tried to sell the monthly treatment plan, but I declined. The home has been bug free for the last year. I recommend the treatment, but not the follow up services they try to sell.

I have an annual contract with them. They are very friendly and prompt. They keep our ants under control.

The technician I have is Randy. He is great! Very friendly and hard working. Took me a couple of visits to warm up to him. He's eager to please me and always does everything I ask. He is very careful not to leave any powder out where my cat and dogs can get to it. He's always willing to put the box traps out wherever I want one. This last trip, when he was ready to leave, he asked me if he needed to do anything else. Then, I told him about the black widow spiders I had seen on the back patio. He went to the truck and put some product on a large brush/broom and went over all the rafters of my pergola and around the grill and things on the back porch. He's really thorough! Randy even gave me his cell number so I can call him directly between quarterly visits if I get a sudden influx of ants or something. That has happened and he was eager and quick to come treat them. This is the first time I've ever used Truly Nolen and I'm really pleased. Considering they are basically at my beck and call, I think the charges are very reasonable.

It was good. I would recommend them. They do what their contract says.

Normally done every quarter. But, will treat extra between quarters at no extra charge. Uses different chemicals each quarter so that ants and other pests will not adapt.
