Description of Work: I have tried Truegreen for 2 years, using their lawn fertilizing service. They main (sales) office for New Mexico is out of Colorado, although they do have an office in Albuquerque. They promise a lot, but the local manager seem to have problem with the workers. For example, one of their lawn services is to spray for lawn weed control Apparently the person spraying the lawns does not pay attention to see if it their spraying is effective or not, so I have had to make several phone calls to get them back out to spay for weeds. Also the person attending to the lawn is suppose to watch for any other lawn problems (fungus, bugs, etc) when they come to fertilizer the lawn. In 2010 & 2011 I had to call them many times to get them to come back and figure out what was killing my lawn. The lawn tech never Initiated anything or observed for problems. When I prepaid for 2011 season, I told the service person NOT to put me on automatic billing for 2012. I told the sales person at Truegreen that I would reevaluate their service at the end of the season to determine if I wanted to use their services in 2012. This week I just got a bill for $30 saying it was for some yard fertilization application they supposedly did a couple of weeks ago without my authorization or even any indication that they did anything - just a bill. This also happened in 2010 to me. Beware of this company.

 + -1 moreTHE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY IS REALLY GOOD. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS PARTICULAR COMPANY FOR SEVEN YEARS NOW AND I STILL HAVEN'T FOUND ANYTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. THEY PRODUCE GOOD RESULTS.

 + -1 moreTHEY DO GREAT WORK AND THEY GOT MY LAWN LOOKING GREAT. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY RESPONDED TO ALL OF MY CONCERNS. I PLAN TO KEEP USING THIS COMPANY FOR THEIR SERVICES.
