Left my apartment a mess, broke my belongings on initial visit, did not fix the unit until months later. Their receptionist gas lit me when I told her my property was broken by their employee , the only other person who had been in my apartment, never heard back from them regarding the matter. All together unprofessional work and unsatisfactory results. Go anywhere else.

See the above paragraph, it tells all.
Description of Work: We had Trinity install HVAC and plumbing in our new addition, it initally looked ok, but soon the plumbing was stopped up, we fixed that our selves, then that winter the plumbing all froze, they came to tear out the plumbing, and did a very bad job on the reinstallation and it still freezes in the winter, we paid almost $2000. to fix the plumbing and they have never reimbursed us for that cost, we are in the process of suing them. We also later found out that they have a number of other compaines that have filed complaints and suits against them. Dont use these guys at all!

Initially the work proceeded as planned and as described by the provider. However, we soon discovered that the work crew was helping themselves to the refrigerator, not cleaning up after themselves, and utilizing any equipment that they could find on site regardless of who it belong to. When confronted with these issues, they apologized. The next problems concerned the quality of the work they performed. They required constant prompting regarding the poor aesthetics of their install (non-matching fasteners, out of square installation of duct registers, cutting a shelf out of a built-in bookcase to place an air return). This prompting was met with less than genuine enthusiasm to do higher quality work. In general, I think we got a reasonably priced HVAC system with a poor quality installation and exceptionally poor responsiveness from the owner when he was confronted with our complaints
Description of Work: After buying a house that needed an extensive remodel, we decided to change out the old HVAC for a new system. The new system would include new ductwork that ran in the ceiling and a rooftop combo heat/air conditioning unit. We went with this provider on the recommendation of a contractor/friend that had done work with them in the past.

The old drawer was taken in, together with all the parts so the technician could see exactly how the drawer piece needed to be made, and how the individual parts fit together. This drawer piece needed to be made out of light-weight galvanized tin, and I gave specific instructions for fabrication. I wanted one modification from the original; I told him specifically that there could be no sharp edges anywhere. I was assured fabrication would be no problem whatsoever. When I went to pick up the newly fabricated part, the first thing I noticed immediately was that the measurements of the two sides were not equal; one was 1/4" narrower than the other. The man at the front office got out a tape measure and sure enough, the measurements were off. The second thing that was wrong was that at the 45-degree corner bends at the back, on each side, there were SHARP EDGES. The man attempted to file them down, without much success. When I expressed doubt that this fabricated drawer piece would work satisfactorily, he told me to take it and try it. "If it doesn't work out, we'll make it right." Those were his exact words. Based on that verbal "guarantee" of satisfaction, I paid for the drawer piece and took it home with me. When I attempted to assemble the pieces I realized at once the fit-up would be off because of the 1/4" discrepancy on the one side. A few days later I took the piece they had attempted to fabricate back to the man in the front office and explained that it simply wouldn't work. He said, "You mean you want a complete refabrication?" When I said that was the only solution that would be satisfactory, he refused. I then told him that he had lied to me, that when I came to pick up the finished piece he had told me that if it didn't work out, they would make it right. I guess he realized at that point that I would not be intimidated, and finally said that he would refund my money (which he did). My purpose in reporting this company is to let others know that they are not trustworthy, and the man at the front office with whom I dealt did not keep his word. The workmanship performed was shoddy and entirely unacceptable, at any price.
Description of Work: A drawer was fabricated for a stove, using the original for a pattern and measurements.
