+ -1 moreDid due diligence and surveyed the three providers in ABQ of Geothermal Systems. This was the same system that was installed by my Agency in Portland Maine. All three Geothermal HVAC providers had the same system. But Total had the best understanding of the energy requirements. Arthur, the president is a German Engineer. As an electronics engineer I could talk to him on equal terms. His understanding of the system, its working and installation was supreme. Did the drilling, laid the pipes, installed the water furnace, got all the requisite certificates, provided all the information and forms for Federal and State income tax credits, and then some.
Description of Work: Geothermal Heating Cooling and Hot Water System, a forced air water furnace. A total systems approach. Did an energy estimate for the new house: interior space, doors and windows. Drilled four 300' holes for the thermal sink. Installed all insulation. Installed all ducts. Installed the system including connections to hot water heater.
