They came to my house at the time we had arranged and were most courteous. They completed the job in a timely fashion and did a complete clean up when they were finished. Overall the experience was quite satisfactory and I would recommend their services. I honestly can not recall what I paid for the work, but it was fair for the job.

We were very satisfied with the speed and the professional quality of this company. They came and took care of the replacement within the same day. They were very clean and well mannered. We also felt the price was perfect considering the competition our there.

Len first came out the same day I called, estimated the job and answered all of my questions (many!). He then returned to do the work. The cover looks great and he secured it with bands which he then painted to prevent air/wind from blowing it apart. The furnace cap was done and the switch in the house. He was patient and easy to speak with and cleaned up after his work was done. Professional all the way.

There are not many companies around here that do this type of work and they were able to do it. They came out quickly and did what they said they would do. They were also very clean and they didnt leave a mess at all.

I called and they were able to schedule for the next day. They estimated the job would take about an hour unless they ran into trouble. The techs arrived on time and were friendly and professional. We discussed the project of replacing the kitchen faucet and I showed them the new one. They performed the work quickly with out any problems at all. They were in and out in about an hour. They even went beyond their job and helped me screw the cabinet doors back on.

Very well, they arrived 1 hour late, but did call to say they were on their way. Very friendly. I would have liked then to wear protective booties while walking on my carpet. Answered all my questions. Good job.

On the visit, the furnace was not as stinky as normal because it was later in the day. Well, he fixed the spigot and offered to come back in a week but in the morning this time. He left without even billing. So a week later, not only did he show up, but a second TLC truck pulled up as sort of a second opinion. The result was no venting problems found (did a CO2 test and attic and roof observations). All this, and they only charged for one hour of labor.

I had TLC come out to do a fairly simple cleaning of the drain for the laundry in my garage. After snaking 2 different clean outs (and charging for each one), they were unable to find the problem. Their final recommendation was to install a new drain for about $3500. After another plumber found the problem (a buried rubber fitting which was clogged), the problem was resolved. I wasnt impressed with any of the TLC staff I encountered, except to say they were on time.

They are always good. If there is a problem they are willing to make it right. They are friendly and courteous.

Overall, the service was great. Having the snake machine in your house makes a huge mess, but its better than overflowing drains. I dont know how much this should cost when you call at 10pm, but I was desperate.

My boiler went out during the coldest week of the winter. I called to have them do an estimate and they came out the next day. They described what I needed and how long it would take. They worked long hours for three days to install both in less than ideal conditions in terms of weather and location in my house. After they completed the job they came back late at night to fix one weld that was leaking. Later in the winter, the boiler stopped working. I called and they came out to find a part had failed. They had to order the part but got the boiler working again. The part was under warranty and they replaced it when it came in. I was very satisfied with this job.

THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND CORDIAL. I EVEN HAD AN EMERGENCY AROUND MIDNIGHT AND THEY SHOWED UP PROMPTLY. I USUALLY AM SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THEY ARE FAIRLY GOOD, THEY JUST HAVENT BEEN CONSISTENT LATELY. I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES, JUST NOT AS HIGHLY. IVE MADE THEM THE SECOND COMPANY I CALL. THEY HAVE GOOD PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM.

I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK, BUT I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA BECAUSE I MOVED FURTHER SOUTH.

THE SERVICE MAN WAS NICE ENOUGH. HE JUST DID NOT SECURE THE PUMP, SO THE FLOAT DID NOT WORK PROPERLY, AND THE PUMP DID NOT WORK. I HAD TO FIX IT MYSELF. SO ESSENTIALLY I PAID TO VISIT WITH THE SERVICE MAN.

THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT. THEY DO THE WORK THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO AND DONT TRY TO FOOL ME INTO OTHER WORK. THEY ARE GOOD HONEST PEOPLE WHO DO GREAT WORK.

THEY CAME OUT QUICKLY AND GOT THE JOB DONE. THEY MADE A MESSY SITUATION MORE TOLERABLE THEN IT WOULD OF BEEN IF THEY HADN'T OF BEEN SO GOOD. THEIR WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

TLC HAS BEEN DOING OUR HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE FOR A WHILE NOW. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HONEST, COURTEOUS, AND WILLING TO DO WHATEVER WE ASK OF THEM. WE NEVER HAVE TO WORRY WITH THEM AROUND.

I USE THE COMPANY OFTEN. THEY SEND THE BEST PERSON TO DO THE JOB YOU NEED DONE. I LIKE THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO CONTACT THEM ON THE WEEKENDS. HE HELPED US CLEAN UP THE MESS THAT THE BACKED-UP DRAIN CAUSED.
