The leak is fixed, the zone valve works now and I guess the expansion tank is working properly now. The cost for this work seemed somewhat excessive since the original cost estimate for the return visit was for less than $300.

The technician arrived on schedule and in one day had the new furnace operating with minimal inconvenience. A team completed the electrical and all other work the following day. I had a follow up meeting to learn everything I needed to know about the system. Everything was left in clean condition as promised.

Their quality of work is excellent and I have used them for years. I will continue to use them.

Completed repair asap. Followed up to make sure inspections all complete. Stayed after hours to ensure gas system properly operating. Fantastic communication, response, effort.

Did the work before I could write a check. Plumbers are expensive and I knew that, but was not put off by the fee.

This was a very bad experience. I got super overcharged. They did a good enough job, but they took forever and they doubled the estimate by the time they were done. There were some problems at the end. My gas was turned off. A heater had to be installed. The plumber didn't stay long enough to turn everything back on. He said the guy who puts in the meter from the gas company is supposed to do that. The gas company comes and brings the meter, and says that isn't their job, it's the plumber's. Then I had to go round and round to get the plumber back. This was in December, and it was very cold. I have two disabled children, and we'd been in the cold for like four or five days, and he's refusing to come back to turn things on for me. He finally did. I will never, ever, ever use that company again.

I always work with Jared, and he is fantastic and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs, especially anything related to reversed osmosis systems.

The two man crew (they were very friendly and easy to talk to) showed up on time when the job was scheduled and they wasted no time in removing the old undersized 1940 metal pipes. The new pipes were installed with the workman being very precise to get the proper slope on the new pipes. Three new vent pipes (washer, tub, & sink) were installed where there were no vent pipes previously. Three new pipes was roughed in for a new bath room to be installed for a new addition to the house. Two new clean outs were installed on the main sewer pipe where there were none before. After all of the new pipes were in place a pressure check was ran and it showed there were no leaks. The job was inspected by the city and passed with no corrections (the inspector issued a green tag). The work crew removed all of the old metal pipes from under the house and also removed a pile of broken cinder blocks (cinder blocks was used to form the old crawl entrance) and trash from my yard. All of the disturbed dirt was put back in place before the crew departed. The new sewer system works fantastic and I am completely satisfied with the job.

I have been using them for years. They are very good. The people are very competent. They have fair honest price. They are very knowledgeable and they know what they are doing.

They provide a very good service; they are a little more expensive but they are worth it. They are very good at showing up when they say the are going to show up, and I have never had any problems with them in the past.

He came out and cleaned out the drains in a rental property. People put all sorts of things down drains and he did a great job being quick and efficient. I had a gate valve that needed replacing and they did that for me. I had a tree stump in my yard and I had no way of getting it out and I called TLC because I remembered they had a back hoe. It is by no means their specialty but they came out and helped me out. They took out the stump for only $102 and it looks great. They did a great job and everything turned out fine. I would highly recommend this company for everything plumbing wise. Their prices are always very competitive and the quality of their work is very high. They do a superb job and their reputation is very good especially with the city. They always do a great job and their prices are very fair. They need to do the job quickly when they are in rentals and they do just that. I would highly recommend them.

The technical expertise was not in question. He quickly isolated and fixed the problem. I was, however, extremely dissatisfied with the arrival time. But, since I did not have any scheduling conflicts, I did not cancel the appointment, request a discount, etc. Also, he did leave some fingerprints on the toilet which have not been easy to clean off. Other than that, he did a good job cleaning up after work.

Having been unable to install my kitchen faucet myself because of a broken shut off valve and the inability to turn off the main valve to my house, I called TLC at 8:00 AM. A plumber arrived at 11:30 that morning. He was professional, pleasant, and had the problems solved in an hour.

It went well and the guys were nice. I did feel that the labor costs were extremely high. The guy that did most of the manual labor got $40.00 less per hour than the one that mostly visited with me. I found out that this is the job for everyone. You shouldn't have to work too many hours to make an excellent living. HA? The parts for this job were only a little over $310.00 and the rest was for labor. It was not an emergency job either. I would suggest shopping around first. My mistake not asking for an estimate before work was done. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!!

I haven't gotten all the plumbing modifications done yet but so far so good. Pete called me at my request and made an appointment to generate an estimate. He gave me his price and upon my approval did the work the next day. Starting first thing in the morning Pete and his assistant worked till about noon and were finished.

I was very pleased with their service.

I wasn't home but, my husband was working from home when he came over. He quickly replaced the thermostat with a new programmable one (I think we got overcharged for the actual thermostat and would have liked to have picked out the thermostat myself, but given the urgency of the situation, it didn't bother me too much not to have a choice). The bathroom repair was more problematic because I didn't realize that he would have to access the pipes in the wall. My husband didn't know what to do, so he called me and the repairman was happy to get on the phone and discuss the options. I let him know I was fine with him going through the wall, but I didn't want any of the tile on the shower side broken. He said ok, and he would call back when he knew more. He called back in a little while to let me know that he wouldn't be able to guarantee no tiles being broken, so he wasn't comfortable with doing the job. He did have a replacement faucet in his truck that would work to fix the broken valve, so he ended up replacing just that part, and I returned the other parts I had bought.

The experience was easy and drama free. The plumber showed up when he was scheduled to (though the times they give for appointments are broad, like between 12 and 3)and finished the work in about an hour.

They sent Efraim to fix it. He climbed up, fixed it, and left. He thought that the problem was actually due to our pipes starting to corrode and recommended a more thorough checkup in the future. We haven't been able to follow through with that yet (do we really want to know if there is a $4000 job lurking under our front yard...?) but we will definitely call them back. TLC Plumbing was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. And did I mention they came out on Memorial Day??

We were very happy with TLC's responsiveness, professionalism, and pricing for the heater evaluation. I marked the low grade for "responsiveness" above because of their responsiveness once we called them for an estimate of the furnace replacement. Even for that, they came out right away and were extremely prompt. BUT when we tried to ask for figures about what KIND of heater they were going to put in, they couldn't tell us. Since this project was going to be a few thousand dollars, we were pricing out a few different companies and their heaters. But TLC couldn't even give us the figures on the furnace they planned to put in, they could only tell us how much they were going to charge. They did finally call back after a few days, but since it was October already, I was in a hurry and had already agreed to go with another company.

Great. He was right on time, very professional and made sure I got my discount.

Aside from showing up almost an hour later than advised, and the helper leaving trash (candy wrapper, etc.) in our garage, it went very well. Ron set up our expectations accurately at the beginning as to the time and the tasks involved. They were polite, professional, clean and clearly knew what they were doing. They always knocked before re-entering the house, were sensitive to dirt and clean-up and exhibited basic professional courtesy, which is sometimes lacking in service people. When we called his cell phone (as he asked that we do) to advise him that the leak in the garage unit continued, Ron was just a professional and scheduled a time the next day to come by to fix it. We were very pleased!

Our experience with them has been good. They were here as promised and did the work as promised. They have good prices and do good work.

I was very pleased with him. As a matter of fact, he will be returning to do some more work for us. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing and all the proper codes that have to be followed. We hired him for an inspection, and he will be returning next week to do some installations.

They weren't very thorough in the work that they did. They had to come back a few times to fix the job right. The finished product was good but it wasn't a quality service overall.
