He arrived on time. It took about 2 hours to complete the job and he did not leave a mess. I was given a 10% senior discount. He told me I picked a good toilet I would call TLC again & I would recommend them.

The work was fine but I found them to be very expensive. When they came out they did not have the part needed on the truck. They had to travel back to their headquarters to get it and I was charged for that time.

Company (in particular, Len Aragon) provided ample information ahead of time in order to assist me in selecting the best system from among many choices. (Interestingly, he did NOT recommend the most expensive.) He and his assistant were punctual (each day, for a three day job), let me know what would be done when, and did what they said at each instance. They cleaned up thoroughly, and minimized disruption. They were completely professional, and I appreciate their efforts.

The entire process, from choosing a suitable model to installation, went smoothly. Everyone involved was very professional and knowledgeable.

After our having accepted their bid, which was the lowest of the two we received, TLC arrived on a Tuesday morning and had us connected to city sewer by the end of the day. They returned two days later after code inspections had been completed and filled in all the holes and trenches.

I selected the "Customer Care" program which includes: changing over the heater/swamp cooler in the spring and again in the fall, inspecting both, no overtime rates for emergencies, and a 10% discount on labor for any needed repairs. The service was great and the technician (Cameron Cox) was punctual, polite, and very professional. His work was also neat -- he even folded my swamp cooler cover and cleaned off my furnace! (The last plumber I used -- not TLC -- made a big mess.) I have used TLC Plumbing for many years for a variety of plumbing situations, including the plumbing needed when I remodeled my three bathrooms. Their prices are slightly higher than some other plumbers, but every time I use a less expensive company I regret it and go back to TLC. They are the best and you get what you pay for!

I have had good luck with them and it?s one of the big companies here in Albuquerque. I have also used them for some bigger projects before. I like their reliability and good work. They come on time, but they aren?t cheap. I would use their services in the future too.

This was an eight hour job requiring one person full time and a supervisor for a couple hours. The work was performed responsively, quickly and of high quality. Tenting was erected to prevent the spread of concrete dust into other parts of the house. Cleanliness was excellent for such a dirty job. The cost was high, however the work was complicated and required specialized tools and expertise. Mike Ford did a great job.

He did everything that I ask to be done in a timely, professional manner.

We are very pleased with them. They sent a professional guy that knew what he was doing. He gave good advice and explained my heat system. He did what he needed to do.

They did a very nice job. They were expensive. To me it was worth the expense because they were so good. The leak was outside. When the plumbing system was first put in, it was not very deep enough, so it flowed. They had to re-plumb from the well into the house.

The employee was about 3 hours late however this was not his fault, he states his office gave him the wrong phone number for me. It actually did not matter as I was not going anywhere anyway. He arrived and worked on both heaters promptly, submitted to bill, and left. He was polite and professional.

The repair man replaced a transformer and he billed me about $300. I kept the old transformer. I checked it out and discovered that it was perfectly good. I took it back to them and showed them that it was in working condition. I expressed my anguish with them and they refunded my money. My overall experience with them was a disaster - they tried to scam me. This transpired about 2 or 3 years ago, and I have not used them since. I do not intend using them in the future.

They arrived on time, were courteous and efficient, completed the job, and cleaned up well after themselves.

He was great. The company had sent out someone this summer and we had a very good experience then, too.

They were excellent. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again. They were clean. They put something down the stairs so when they took the old water heater out it wouldn?t drip in the house. They did a good job. They removed the old water heater and installed the new one.

Excellent, work went so fast they had time to do the kitchen faucet too.

I was unhappy with them. I called them and told them what I needed and they did not send me a plumber. It took him 5 hours and he still couldn't finish it. I called them and I did get some money back but now I still need to have someone come out and finish the work. They were on time.

They had good ratings and they did everything like the furnace and plumbing. I would certainly use them again in future.

I felt they were over priced. They quoted me $26,000.00 to replace the furnace. They used too short of a flex pipe when installing my hot water tank.

They were very efficient and did a good job. The price that they charged was about the same as other companies. If need be, we will use their services in the future.

Very smoothly. Called TLC, explained problem, drain specialist dispatched. Arrived within 1 hour, analyzed evidence (backup thru sewer vent line from kitchen drain). Snaked drain, tested.

After shutting off water at meter, called TLC. Emergency response arrived within 30 minutes. Shut off bad sink faucet so we could restore water service to the rest of the house. Came back next day to remove old faucet & install new one.

I would give them an A for my overall experience with them, their quality, their responsiveness, their punctuality and their professionalism.
