They just generally do a very good job.

The repair person, Jerrod, diagnosed the problem as a simple part and replaced it. We had thought we might need a new water heater. He was very effieicent and courteous.

Great....knew exactly what to do and took minimum of time and was very inexpensive.

We've used TLC several times, for plumbing and HVAC, and been quite pleased with their service and attention to detail. For the most recent project, our 20 year gas furnace was beginning to cut in and out intermittently despite having a programmable thermostat which had governed it successfully for years. TLC traced the problem, which we thought might be related to the burner/igniter, to a faulty circuit in the furnace's master control board. Despite this occurring on a friday evening, the serviceman was able to track down a replacement board, pick it up, and install the unit in one evening's visit. We'll gladly use them again.

I use them all the time for my older home. Once a year they come out and snake out my drains too. I have been using them for at least 5 years. The plumber, Sky, is always been available for questions and work that I need done. They have always been attentive. The last time I used them the water had backed up on a Monday morning and they were able to get someone out here that same day. They give me the Angie's List discount and they send me coupons in the mail too.

Too costly. And further wuote was$1400. Not needed.

They were effective, responsive and successful. They are not the cheapest. They were utterly professional, they showed up when they said they would and had the equipment needed which was considerable. The supervisor of the team was good and they were efficient. They were expensive.

It was wonderful and great. I happen to get a really decent guy and he did everything what I needed. It didn’t take very much time considering everything that he was doing. He was clean, polite, professional and informative. They were easy to schedule with and they were timely as far as keeping the appointments. They knew their business. They were prepared to do what I needed to clear out the drain. He cleaned up everything. Everything was done in a timely kind of setting. They are reliable and they are local. Their prices are within reason. They gave me 10% off for the Angie’s List thing. I think their price is fair.

They were okay but not great. They were responsive but they determined it was not a plumbing issue, it was a water softening issue so they didn't do any service.

It took half an hour for them to complete the job, but they charged me for one hour, because that is the minimum charge. Their pricing is average.

Overall, everything went quite well, 4B's owner (Tom) responded to my phone call on Christmas day however, was unable to provide emergency service due to a personal family matter. In retrospect, he would not have been able to solve the problem on Christmas day as the solution required ca 180 ft of electrical wire and all stores were closed. Tom was prompt in his response and expertly provided solutions in an efficient and cost effective manner. He completed the diagnosis and emergency repairs in less than 4 hrs and the trenching, cable burying, and rewiring of pump in less than a day. Tom was conscientious with his work and I was quite pleased with all of his efforts. He will be my first call on all future electrical problems.

This required three visits and about 8 hours of labor. The first technician did not recognize the biggest problem, a bad pressure regulating valve. The system has operated well for a few days so far.

I called on a Friday morning when the reverse osmosis system wasn't providing water for our coffee system or out of the RO faucet. They couldn't come out that day and since it wasn't an emergency, and they assured me that using the system wouldn't harm it, just slow water flow, I agreed to have them come out on Monday morning between 10am and noon. The repairman was here about 10:30am. I showed him the problem and he readily determined that we needed new filters. I called our building maintenance man and the TLC person explained to both of us about the system, how it worked and the types of filters we needed to order next time and had our guy install the filters to know how it was done. The TLC person was courteous, professional and answered all our questions. When the system was initially installed I personally got an explanation from the installer about the system but that was several months ago and we were still in the final construction phase of our new building and I'm not a mechanic or handiperson, so I took the time to learn again. When the repairman was done and writing up our bill, he suggested that we could save a service call fee next time by calling in our order for the right filters and because they have drivers out all over that someone would be able to just drop them off at our office. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They got the job done. They just seemed personable and helpful. This guy gave me recommendations on how to maintain the system, so that was helpful. He was very punctual. We liked him so much that we purchased a year's worth of plumbing services from them.

We used them quite a few times for general service. They are good. They came out, they did a good job. They were good, they were efficient, they didn't have everything on the truck when they came, we had to pay for the right equipment. They have always been great.

We have used TLC several times, and always end up going back to them. They are not the cheapest plumbing company, but they always do the job correctly, they come back out if we have any questions or concerns, and they are incredibly professional.

Nice & easy (for me anyway)

Sent a very inexperienced plumber to do the work, by his own admission he hadn't installed a water softner in at least 25 yrs. Spent most of his time looking trying to decide what to do and how to do it. left for about 30 minutes, total time from arrival to completion was 1.5 hrs 30 minutes was n ot on job. also spent time sitting because he was sick. tried to bill me 2.0 hrs, ended up 1.5 after I reminded him of his arrival time and time away. I feel an experienced plummer could have done this simple job in under an hour.will not recommend to friends. |thanks |Thomas Caizza

Came promptly on a Saturday. Put on booties so as not to track mud on my carpet, on his own. Explained what was needed,how to fix it. Fixed problem. Changed amount owed when I mentioned after the fact that I had found them in Angies List! Will definitely use again.

There was nothing that would make me not use it. It was a good experience, but there wasn't anything special about it. It was a package deal to come and service the furnace so they came and they did it.

Ultimately, they only had to make some minor adjustments to the heater, and they chose not to charge for the service because of this. They were also very responsive and called us back quickly which we appreciated. The technicians were professional and friendly, too.

He was very good. He explained the problem and fixed it the same day.

I needed to know - also explained to me that the furnace is a two-stage furnace and that is why it makes noise when it starts up.

They came within an hour on this specific occasion. They are always on time. The staff is personable and knowledgeable. They can anticipate what you might need so you don't have to pay for another service call.
