I have a mini split hvac system that suddenly stopped cooling my air. TLC came out, put a fluorescent material in the system to detect any leak in my stem. When the tech returned to see results, he looked in 2 of the 4 cassettes, advised me both were leaking, and any replacement was not compatible the existing condenser unit outside. This procedure costs me just short of $1000. The cost to replace the entire system would be about $22,000. I called another hvac company that replaced the 2 cassettes that TLC said were leaking (no compatible issues) and the system worked fine until again no cool air! The 2nd company returned and tested (previously untested units) the final 2 units and discovered a leak in one. At my request, they replaced the last 2units. My final cost was about $14,000. TLC should have reimbursed the cost of their misdiagnosis $1000. They not only misdiagnosed the issue, but lied about the compatibility of the new cassettes

No show. Scheduled THREE WEEKS AGO. Blocked out a THREE HOUR WINDOW to service swamp cooler. Waited three hours. Looked at my phone: "missed call". (10 Minutes ago). Called back, was told they cancelled appt because I didn't pick up the phone. I waited three weeks, blocked out three hours, and they cancelled my appointment for not answering the phone. I don't appreciate their prioritizing their time over mine. I guess they don't need my business. I won't call them again.

I'm very happy with their service they were responsive, good they came and figure it out I appreciate their escalation of the problem.

Gavin and Jay did an incredible job for us. We had a complicated situation that posed problems even after the job was complete, and these were quickly and fully addressed. Gavin spent a ton of time with us in order to fully understand and address our issues. He not only installed fantastic equipment, but fixed an issue we’ve had with our pump for 2 years. We couldn’t be more grateful for their help, expertise, and care.

it went pretty well they had to order a part, but that didn't work so the called someone and they told them how to rewire the furnace and AC unit so it would work.

He made a few recommendations and was able to complete the task within an hour. We definitely plan to use TLC and request Adam again next year for a yearly check up on our AC/heating system.

Wonderfully. The installers were thorough, professional, on-time, patient with instruction, and even fixed one or two things outside the scope of the work. I've used TLC for many different kinds of projects in my home, from the very small to replacing all the piping underneath my house and yard so I've experienced their work quality and the quality of their interaction with the customer. They're professional through and through, and I feel confident when I use their services. And their estimators are excellent as well, staying in contact before the job and answering all my questions so that everything works out. Can't say enough good about this company and the quality of their employees and their work.

I needed to replace the hose bib that had a water line connector to swamp cooler, in doing so, it was found out the incorrect bib from the main house to the swamp cooler had been put on, so 2 bibs had to be replaced. Carl Wallace, the plumber who did the work , was fantastic. He was very instructive, knowledgeable and tightened my hose connection to my homemade drip system (which started this whole issue).

The plumber came out on Sunday night and replaced the washer box. He was so nice and professional. He replaced it quickly. I really appreciate TLC for having someone working after hours. I feel that the price was fair. On Sunday night at 11pm, I thought I would pay more. I asked him for advice on keeping my plumbing healthy and he looked at my hot water heater and water softener and gave me the advice I needed.

The first plumber who came out misdiagnosed the problem and did not clear the clog in the drain. We had to call the office to get the problem fixed. Ultimately, another two man team came out and spent a couple of hours snaking the drains; it was roots from the a tree in the front of the property. Then, another two men came and spent a couple of days replacing the pipe and putting in a vent properly. I had to spend two or three days without any plumbing due to the initial mistake; they did respond to our complaint and fixed the problem. I think the price was fair, but the initial failure and delay makes me uneasy about hiring them again--for the plumbing project I am doing now, I went with another company.
