Description of Work: Joseph picked up a new kitchen sink I had ordered from Home Depot. He installed the kitchen sink and a new faucet and new disposal. He also fixed a toilet problem. He was courteous, kept the areas clean, and did a very professional job. There were problems with the toilet repair but he was responsive in coming back quickly. Was very conscientious. And calling TLC to schedule is always easy and efficient. They're great!

Description of Work: Chris with TLC came out (2X). First time he reset the limit switch. The next day heat wet out again. He calld me told me what to do. On Monday he came out and replaced the switch.

Description of Work: It was an intermittent control problem which technician repaired and worked for a few day. Problem reoccurred in a few days. He had given me his card. I called he returned soon, found the real source, found the spare part repaired and no more problem. He credited the first call charges against the second call cost, a very fair deal.

Description of Work: I have used TLC for years in a variety of ways, they are always responsive, helpful and quick to fix the problem; this time it was a tired, broken garbage disposal. The responded the same day, gave me options on the type of disposal and repaired it quickly, neatly and the plumber was friendly and courtous and neat.

Excellent job.
Description of Work: Called TLC to repair a leaking hose bib (outside faucet). Their technician Marcos was very professional and knowledgeable. He discovered that the leaking faucet was actually "sweated" to the water pipe rather than attached by a threaded, removable connection. He heated the old faucet to remove it from the pipe, then fashioned a threaded connection onto the pipe so that future repairs would require only removal and replacement of the faucet. The new faucet he provided is working well. I would recommend TLC, and especially Marcos, for any plumbing job.

Description of Work: We had a badly clogged toilet on the first floor. Even though we turned the water supply off, it kept overflowing which meant bailing every 30-45 minutes. This was on a Sunday and we called for service. They were extremely busy and booked solid with emergen-cies. They came at 10pm and we were very happy to see them. After snaking the bowl it became unstopped and we were able to sleep that night. We had used TLC before for non emergency plumbing issues and the service was always satisfactory and professional.
