They came and they cleaned up, needed a new water heater, ours was |old.they installed a new water heater the following day. they came back to finish some work that had to be done. Everything was done in a professional way and we were pleased with the work they performed and would recommend TLC.

Description of Work: Routine maintenance for cooling system, done as part of annual contract service agreement. So far, things seem to be working well.

Description of Work: Replaced our 30 year-old PAYNE Split AC/Heating system due to a reciprocating compressor catastrophic failure @8PM earlier this week (they came out at 10:00 PM to diagnose the problem!) |The replacement split unit was a Heil 5 Ton 2 Stage AC/135K BTU 2 Stage heating system with an Observer thermostat. It took all day with three technicians but the result was excellent and we look forward to the increased efficiency and lower utility bills that this unit should provide. Joe Wolff, the lead technician, was superb, very knowledgeable, detail oriented, always professional and very patient with all of my questions. When our similar vintage TRANE combination unit on the other side of the house goes out, I'll be sure to contact Joe for another Heil. (Note that in yesterday's Sunday Albuquerque Journal, TJC was named the Readers Choice #1 company in Albuquerque for these services!)

Description of Work: I had major problems with my kitchen sink. They removed the garbage disposal that was causing leaks, and fixed everything. Really pleasant people. Very efficient!

Description of Work: They installed two master cool air conditioners ADA5112, one on my roof and the second on the ground floor. They removed the old coolers and cleaned up the work site.Some additional work was required on the roof cooler as some duct work needed to be replaced

Description of Work: Tune up of garage door. Oiled squeaky rollers and realigned cables. Very nice and professional employees.

Description of Work: We had the furnace and water heater removed and replaced to allow the "closet" to be dried out after a water leak that soaked the walls and everything else that was in the heater closet. They did an excellent job, but the cost was on the HIGH end of reasonable. $105/man hour.

Description of Work: In cooperation with Right-Way Roofing, remove and re-install gas piping and other object that may interfere with the roofing company's re-roofing project. I chose to replace old piping with new piping and bases. It went well, with some difficulty coordinating the two contractors.
