Description of Work: It was the fall heating/cooling changeover. Dave and Cliff checked two furnaces for me and tucked the two evaporative coolers away for the winter. They were careful and cooperative and I felt very comfortable with what they did

Description of Work: We had a toy flushed down the toilet. It clogged the toilet. They had to remove the toilet and remove the toy. They replaced the toilet. He worked fast which I appreciated since it is an hourly charge.

Description of Work: I have an old house with lead drain pipes. The clothes washer was backing up. I recently had a clean-out installed out front. Snaking that solved the issue. However, there are roof-access clean-outs for other areas of the house. I asked the plumber to do those as well, which would not have taken that much more time or effort. That had to be a separate appointment. Disappointing and aggravating. Also, the plumber came back in the house, through a different door than he had been shown to use, without announcing his presence, after he had removed all tools, and I thought our transaction was done. As a single female, that action made me highly uncomfortable. It's difficult enough asking for help without having that type of unprofessional behavior becoming an additional concern.

Description of Work: Worked on installing an electric exhaust fan over the Master Bedroom shower. Description of Work: Sewer clog clean-out. It went well. I also asked for a estimate for 2 50 gallon water heaters & installation. That estimate was ~$3000. Seemed a little high, so I am still evaluating. Summary: great work but a little pricey.

Description of Work: I have used TLC for major heating and cooling projects since buying this house. The latest was to install a high efficiency swamp cooler. The installation itself went smoothly and professionally. If TLC has a weak point, it is in customer communication. This project required 2 visits (Estimate & Install). In both instances there were delays that I was not made aware of until I called. In spite of this, I will use TLC again.
