They gave me good services. I would recommend them.

Had a kitchen drain that was continually clogging. Usually I could get it running by myself by taking it apart and reaming it a bit. This time I couldn't get it so called TLC. Snaked it from under the sink and then had to go to the vent stack on the roof to get it truly cleaned out. Took a little over 2 hours. Drain has not backed up since.

TLC was prompt, courteous and informative. He showed me how to do the work myself if need be!

I noticed that my water heater was leaking from the drain valve at the bottom. I called TLC Plumbing at 7:15am on Monday morning. I described the problem to the woman who answered the phone. She asked if I wanted service that day and I told her I did if it was not considered an emergency. Her response was that TLC did not charge for an emergency during normal business hours, a fact that I thought other Angies List members would like to know. She said that they would call me back to tell me when someone could be there. I told her that I used Angies List to get a referral to their company and she seemed happy to hear that. I received a call back by 8:15am telling me that a plumber was on the way and would be there in 15 minutes. The plumber arrived promptly and checked the water heater. He was very polite and professional. He said that he could replace the valve and see if that fixed the leak. He told me the water heater was old (14 years according to the plumber and I double-checked the manual left by previous homeowner) and I should consider replacing it if it continues or leak. Fortunately the valve stopped the leak. He flushed the tank to remove sediment. Because the repair was minor and fast, I asked him if he had time to look at a leaking toilet. He said that was fine and he fixed the toilet as well by replacing the fill valve, supply valve, and flapper from supplies in his truck. He was finished by 10:30 and I made it to work by 11am. The water heater and toilet both appear to be ok after a week. I would recommend this company, but I suggest that you tell them when you call that you are an Angies List member. I felt like I was treated very well because I let them know I use Anglies List for referrals. I don't know whether the price is competitive but I was happy to have everything fixed the morning that I called, and less than $200 seems reasonable for a plumber for 2 repairs, even if they were small ones.

I spent $15000 on that service and that included two coolers, two new furnaces, a new electrical box and I had to get permission from the city to increase the amount of power coming into the house. I was prepared for the estimate on the heating and cooling, but it was the only company I talked to that said that they did their own electrical. I haven’t used the air-conditioner yet, but it was a very good experience with them. I will use them again to service the units.

I spent about $150 on that service. They came out after hours and it was basically for an emergency call. I liked that they were prompt, very clean, and very courteous. They did the job they were supposed to do. It wasn’t pleasant, but it had nothing to do with the provider. I thought that the price was fair. Their responsiveness was exceedingly good. I will use them again if needed.

They were a pretty good provider. They fixed everything according to the sanctions. They were a bit more expensive than anticipated but it was good work.

These guys are great and would use them again for heating or plumbing problems.

Their response was quick. I called about 4 o'clock in the evening and they came within the hour.

The service was excellent. He came to my house on the day and time appointed, having picked up the water heater at the place of purchase on his way out. In examining the old heater he discovered that all of the piping was corroded and a new regulator was also needed. We made arrangements for him to find the regulator, then call to set up a new appointment. He did this within an hour of leaving the house. He returned the next day at the agreed upon time and completed all of the work in a professional manner, leaving the garage clean, and removing all of the packing, old heater, etc.

They were here on time when they said they would be. The guy who came out was good. He fixed my washer. The price wasn't outrageous; it was fair. He was there on time. He answered the phone. He did what he said he was going to do. He charged us the price. They are a big company, and they always have a lot of people who can take care of me.

It went fine. The price was reasonable. They were very professional. The furnace has been fine since. We didn't compare their pricing. We would probably use them again.

One of our neighbors suggested them and I was very happy with them. The responded to an emergency and were very responsive and communicative. We plan on using them for future plumbing issues.

We have used TLC for years. They are very responsive, and tell you which plumber will be coming. They do what they say they will do. They got the job done

TLC plumbing was god sent. I had a pipe break in my house. I ran out to the street to shut my water off. His truck was driving down the street, he pulled over and helped me. He didn't even ask, he could see the distress in my face. He went inside and capped off all the pipes and fixed everything. The employees that helped me was Travis. If everyone had an employee like that they'd be known. I hear that TLC tends to be a bit hire then everyone else. But the work is excellent, they have a full guarantee. I will use them again in the future.

It was a real easy fix for them. They were super nice and able to get there the same day. It was pretty much amazing. He gave me a little bit of a discount for using them in the past too.

They've only been out once and they did fine. There was nothing special. They did a decent and competent job. I think they were a little late.

I used them before I became an Angie's List customer. I did not like them at all. I will never use them again. The guy cracked mud all over my bathroom. He didn't have the right part so he had to leave and he was gone for like an hour. When he came back and put it back on, it didn't drip anymore but the faucet was crooked. He did a really lousy job with the corking. When I complained about it, he knocked a little bit off the price but he didn't fix it. I would tell others not to use him. I don't really have much to compare his price.
