TLC Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning

We were out of town and needed to get service after a holiday. They called quickly and scheduled the call.

They came out two times, but I decided not to go with their estimate for the repair.

Got an appt quickly (within 10 days of calling). Scott, the service technician, was incredible! Very knowledgable and good at explaining what he was doing and why. Scott also explained some things I could do that would help maintain my system and decrease the likelihood of future repairs. Definitely will call TLC when I need any work done in the future.

Called before arrival. Very prompt, professional and courteous. Work was completed quickly and satisfactorily.

My experience with them was positive. They were quick in giving us information and telling us what was going on.

Spent much of the time getting the ventilation done correctly - removed previous installation and reinstalled according to our ridged specifications. Did a great job installing the faucet, although had never installed a touch faucet before.

Satisfied with pipe repair. However service tech recommended a new not water heater along with substantial modifications to outdoor closet. Had Simmons Plumbing look at water heater. They said old heater but no reason not to continue to use until it malfunctions. Got about an additional year of use out of water heater which Simmons then replaced without the need for closet modifications.

Trying to get a quote to have A/C installed. TLC told us they would be here on 4/20/2012, but were only able to give a time frame (sometime in the afternoon), and that the sales person would call first. Took the afternoon off, no call, no salesperson. Called the main office and got a very snippy "we'll call YOU when we're coming". Except they didn't. Finally had a call on 4/26/2012 "when would you like to set up our visit?" When I explained that we had already wasted half a day waiting for a promised visit that never happened, instead of apologizing all I got was "well I guess you'll be wanting to cancel that then". Yes. Yes I do. Thanks for nothing. Don't waste your time with these guys.

They are very conscientious about their work and they do a great job.

We have an older house in the North Valley, and have issues about twice a year with clogged drains. We have been using TLC for all of our needs, and are completly satisfied with their service.

They did an outstanding job. They were prompt and on time. They were professional and they did good work. I haven't dealt with that many plumbers so I assume the price was good. They gave us a time and they came within that time. The guy was very professional. I would use them again without any hesitation.

All in all, they did a very good job. The tech arrived at 4 and worked until 6:15 or so. It was a bit more expensive than I'd hoped it would be, but I have no doubt that my swamp cooler, which is an older model and probably not properly maintained by the previous owners, needed all the parts that the tech said it did. I will have them come and service my swamp cooler in the fall as well.

They respond quickly-quicker than other plumbing companies, and know their stuff. I would highly recommend them. We will continue to use them in the future for any plumbing, heating, cooling needs.

Person showed up and got right down and dirty to detect the leak. Gave estimate and came back exactly when could repair line in the next two days. Started and finished line replacement in a single day.

The pilot light on our Whirlpool water heater went out last night. We tried several times to re-light it today. Dave came out at 7:00 pm this evening, did exactly what we did, and the pilot light lit. While Dave was very helpful, informative, and professional, I can only assume the company required him to still charge us the full $150.00 ($100 / hour labor + $50 "after hours" charge) + tax, even though he spent about 2 minutes on the water heater, and was only here for about 20 minutes total. We would have been happy to pay $50 for the service provided, but $150 was extreme.

The guy did a very good job and I was pretty happy with the work with one exception. He did not do a very good job of tying the cover over the cooler. It blew off some time in January. I am hoping it is still up there (will find out this month) .I still like TLC but am using someone else for the startup

TLC is a wonderful company. They have a highly trained, professional, respectful staff, and they use high quality products. We had our water heater installed, and it was done quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. When we had it inspected by the city, the inspector told us, 'Oh, I can tell this is a TLC job. They always do things right.' Their prices are a little higher than a smaller operation, but I think it is worth it. I will use them again.

I have used them twice. They did a very good job. I am satisfied with what they did. The quality was exceptional, and I think the price was probably comparable to any place else.

My experiences with TLC have all been great. I highly recommend TLC.

My central air conditioner suddenly stopped blowing out the cold air. I called TLC at 11:00a.m. and Paul was here at 12:50p.m.I was expecting an astronomical repair bill of some type but he immediately figured out the wheel on the blower shaft had come loose, and tightened it up..and I again have my A/C back!!! Took him around 20 minutes from start to finish. Very professional and was charged the minimum service fee.

I was pleased with the service. Everything went fine. They were very prompt.

TLC Initially things seemed good because they had a plumber who was also a tiler (this person was very professional and a perfectionist). The problem came with the supervisor. He said if I ordered the parts from TLC instead of online they would be guaranteed for three years. When it came time to start the work the paperwork said everything was guaranteed for one year. It was difficult to have this supervisor call back-in fact he still has never returned my last call to explain why the body sprayers drip for days after use. The traps under the sinks were not tightened after the new faucets and handles were replaced and flooded underneath cabinets which we didn't see for quite awhile. I believe this work was done by inexperienced people-they seemed very unsure about what they were doing.

They and their work was great. They had to bring everything up to code. They were more expensive than I expected. The price might have been good for all of the work they did though.

Outstanding. I had used this company before for a faucet issue and they are great.
