The last thing you want to do during the holidays is emergency home repair, so when my husband stepped outside to find our front porch flooded, we were overwhelmed. We hoped that it was a leak in the irrigation system, but after digging a trench to the underground pipes, we found a broken adapter on the service main and some strange "do it yourself" plumbing from the previous home owner. At that point we knew we needed a professional. TLC came quickly to our rescue. Our plumber was very kind, very knowledgeable and very fast. In under two hours from making the phone call, our leek became a problem of the past. He even rebuilt the manifold to help prevent future problems. This was one of the best repair experiences I have had and we will definitely use them in the future.

He was on time, very polite, and very knowledgable. They do all of our plumbing and we never have issues with them. We have even have called them in the middle of the night and they have come to service.

I called TLC because I thought they had a good reputation and advertised being in Santa Fe, however, they didn't show up for an estimate at the scheduled time. When I called to follow up, the woman I spoke to told me " you know this is free, don't you." Even after the insulting comment, I proceeded to try to use them and was told that a certain individual had to do the estimate as I told him it was somewhat complicated. Because he was leaving on vacation, he couldn't make it to the property for the estimate and sent a different individual. I was promised an estimate by email and hadn't seen it the following week. When I called to follow up, I was asked for my email address once again, which I provided, and never received the estimate. I called and left my phone number for a call back from the owner and am still waiting for that call. I hope that they are able to get their Santa Fe business to the point where they earn the reputation they have in Albuquerque

Fixed an outside faucet/sprinkler leak. Technician was early for our appointment, but came unprepared and had to leave for over an hour to get a part.

It went great! I checked Reddi Services first (silly, I've used TLC before, but another review said TLC was "a little pricey") who had a "special" for drain cleaning for $99 plus tax. Here's why that isn't that great: 1) I contacted Reddi on Monday 10/21 and they stated they'd get back to me by Wednesday, 10/23 2) Reddi's ad stated their 'special' was $99. I assume it was plus tax I've never known TLC to offer a special, but in this case TLC's regularly quoted price was $10 less than Reddi's special price. Also, TLC took care of me the same day. I asked them if they could come out in the afternoon, and they did, that same day!! It's silly to wait two days for the other guy to 'get back to you' and then what? Probably come out in a few days, who knows? TLC has done other work in my house (which if 50 years old) like minor electrical, install ceiling boxes for fans, fix the washing machine drain and now the snake of the bathroom drain and I have never had a problem with their service, attitude, or price. Now I have some evidence that the prices may actually be lower than others in some cases. They're usually able to get me same day and they don't keep me waiting: they're very punctual. For plumbing, electrical (and I have a duct issue where I'll try them on mechanical) it's not necessary to shop around.

We had been left with a partial repair on our all-house humidifier by another company. I made an appointment with TLC and the tech was at our home next day. He finished the service within 30 minutes with a $9.00 part, plus a minor faucet repair. I would recommend this company to everyone.

They were on time. They were very courteous and answered all our questions. The experience was good.

Arrived quickly, went to work immediately and reset garbage disposal. Toilet needed some parts, which he had with him, and took only about 10 minutes to repair. Before leaving, he asked if he could help with anything else. I thanked him and paid him and he was in and out within about 30 to 45 minutes. Haven't had any trouble with either appliance/toilet since.! I would definitely us them again!

Original toilet that came with the house was a quality brand name unit, but it frequently clogged up and overflowed. TLC (Marcos) checked out the unit and suggested replacing with a Pro-Flow toilet, which he did. The new toilet flushes perfectly every time and uses far less water. I am very pleased with the toilet and Marco's work.

The men came on time. They smelled so bad of cigarette smoke the smell lingered in my house for hours after. They charged me over $500 dollars to replace a basic toilet which I thought was ridiculous. They also left a blue stain on my tile that I can not get out.

They are professional. They will do as much as they can in one service call so I don't have to pay another service call for another item.

Ralph was extremely professional. He worked with us to take care of our problems as quickly as possible. Ralph arrived within 45 minutes of our call. He had to climb on the roof to snake our plumbing lines because we couldn't locate our main clean out plug coming into the house. After about 20-25 minutes after he arrive, our sink was unclogged & everything working as it should. It was a great experience and we would definitely call him back if needed.

They rank high in customer service. We have used TLC services in the past for a sewer line installation and had a similar experience.

We were very pleased with them; they are always on time, they are very efficient, they are not cheap but, we know that the job is done properly and I have never had to call them back because something was wrong or anything like that. They are just very professional.

Initially called Keegan at TLC and he wasvery helpful in determining what water softener system would work best for my family's needs. We set up an appointment for installation. The installer Fred, was very punctual and professional. Installation went off without a hitch. About 3 days after installation, our Kinetico water softener was having issues. Keegan dispatched a serviceman that same day. Jarod came out and attempted to fix the problem, but after several hours determined that it was a manufacturers defect. TLC took my defective water softener back and that very same day (on a late Friday afternoon) had installed a brand new unit. I was very impressed by the speedy response and action taken my Keegan and his crew over at TLC. We were not without soft water for more than 8 hours from the time the problem was discovered to the time we had a new system. Since then, we have not had any further problems and are enjoying our new Kinetico water softener. I would highly recommend TLC plumbing for the purchase of a water softener system!

Wonderful. I use this company for a lot of plumbing and heating services, and they are always great. I trust them. They are prompt, and if there is a plumbing mystery they will not rest until the mystery is solved. I can't say enough nice things about TLC.

The AC compressor has a 10 year warranty and was intermittently overheating and not working. The Technician was on time and the compressor was replaced. The warranty only covered the compressor and not the labor, we were also recommended to have the TXV valve and capacitor replaced as preventative maintenance. We agreed to the work and are pleased with the results.

They did a great job, very professional, and we were happy with them.

TLC has been out three times and all their people have been very very good. Polite, knowledgeable, and very honest!

The technician was very professional. He first checked the furnace. Then, He found that the capacitor of the AC was dead and changed a new one for me. Then, he suggested my AC was dirty and asked whether I wanted to clean it. There was no pressure for additional services. But, I think it is a good idea since I see the dirt around the unit. So, I asked him to clean it. He also taught me how to clean the unit in the future. He also adjusted the pressure of the AC unit. Again, the technician is very professional. The hourly cost is roughly $100 per hour. I am not sure whether it is the best price, but the service is good.
