It went really well. The installation was good. They were fast.

The experience was good. They were prompt and professional. They took it apart and looked at it and said there was nothing I could do unless I wanted to take the wall out.

They come on time and their quotes are accurate. They have become so large and they people they have got today are inexperienced not like back in the day. I think the pricing is very good.

It was good. The guy came over and worked well with us. He fixed our AC because it had been out for 2 days and it was really hot. He fixed it within a hour. He arranged so that we could pay him half then and half later so it was a good experience. He came out in the middle of Summer. We ended up having to stay somewhere else until the AC got fixed. They charged me about $500. So we paid 2 installments of $250.

TLC Plumbing and Utility is very good. They were able to do a trenchless line, which was very helpful because they didn’t have to tear up the driveway . At the time, I was up north taking care of my mother, and I had to handle everything over the telephone. The person that I dealt with understood that my mother was sick and I couldn’t get down, so it was all handled over the phone and it was taken care of without me even meeting him. I was pleased with the work and I would absolutely use them again.

I found out that there was a problem on the roof where the roofer did not flash between the original house and the addition.

Did not find the direct problem. Gave me suggestions to help the septic system to work more efficently.

Called at 11am for service on a Sunday morning..received return phone call by 11:15. Technician arrived around noon. Blockage was at the end of the main drain line...almost to where my line meets up with the city line. He had to use almost 140 feet of snake to reach the blockage...Also had him do the sewer scope. Technician (Will Stuart) did an excellent job. I felt the cost was very reasonable, especially for a Sunday and was especially happy for how rapidly TLC responded. Because of the blockage all the lines in the house were backed up. Would have been a really difficult situation if we had to wait until Monday to get someone out.

Rico was very professional and provided his personal contact number to call if and when the problem came back. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no charge for the visit.

TLC was good. Sometime in the weather, I had a faucet on the outside and freeze up. The last time I had them, they had a fixed charge of coming out for $100 and the faucet itself for $50. They were on time, neat, clean up after their job, quick, very good, and did what they were supposed to do. I will give them an A all the way.

We received a timely response on a request for an estimate. TLC worked with the space tenant to schedule the estimate and the work. The work was completed to expectations.

We were interested in a trenchless sewer line replacement as our line runs under about 30 feet of concrete driveway. Only one other plumbing company offer this service in Albuquerque and they were much more expensive. The crew from TLC showed up the week before we had actualy scheduled to have the work done. They started around 7:30am and were completely finished by 3:00 in the afternoon. We couldn't use our drains for about five hours while they were actually replacing the line, which I thought was very reasonable. The crew was obviously very well practiced in the procedure and everything went very smoothly. The foreman told us that they did about four of these replacements a week. The workers were very careful about working around our landscaping and left everything as it was when they showed up. (except for the sewer line). All in all, a very positive experience.

They were okay. They did a pretty good job from what I can tell. They were competent.

With this provider it is all up to WHO you get assigned to your account. I am willing to wait to get the guys I know are good because some of their guys are not very careful about details. Be sure and ask for someone who has a great customer rating with them. Scott is awesome, but books up fast.

The quality of service varies on the plumber. We've had plumbers who were very knowledgeable and helpful. Others have been less so. Most are friendly, courteous and worth the higher prices charged by TLC.

They are the largest company in town and they also have the most experience people. They have technology of the mechanics more so than any other plumbing companies. I would recommend them for complex plumbing problems. They had the best estimate. Everything went really well. For something complicated like replacing a sewer line, they have equipments like they have a video camera that can go through a sewer pipe that other companies don’t have. It is a good company to recommend for any number of things but in particular for complex plumbing or heating. I’ve had very good experience with them on anything I used them for. I think their pricing correlates to the quality of their work and their training of their employees. It’s a first rate company.

Eric called before he arrived to make sure he got the right directions to my house. He got here quickly, got himself set up on my roof and set to troubleshooting the problem. Inside of 15 minutes, he had found the problem: the inducer motor (the motor that drafts air into the furnace to combust the gas) had a sensor on it that was broken. That sensor would tell the control board that all was well and the the furnance could crank up the gas. Since the sensor was not functioning properly, it was not sending the "go" signal to the control board, hence no gas, hence no heat. Eric went to get a new motor assembly (the manufacturer of my furnace does not sell the sensor separately -- of course) and set to replacing my old one. At one point towards the end of the repair, Eric informed me that he needed another mounting bracket for the motor he installed, and that he wouldn't charge me for the time to go get that part, so I appreciated that. Once he returned, it took about 15 minutes to finish up. Total time to fix was about three hours. Eric was very professional and quick (always appreciated!). He got in, fixed it as fast as he could, and got out; can't ask for much more that!

They are great and I have been using them for almost ten years. They are always prompt and professional. They always do what they say they are going to do. Someone recommended them. I have them come twice a year. I will continue to use them.

Once they showed up the furnace was fixed.

Don't ask any questions during your free estimate or they will charge you for the drive to your house and back and a service call. $350 to change the pads in the ac!

It went very well. The tub we ordered was delayed due to the weather however TLC adjusted their schedule to accommodate us. They also worked with our floor tile installer and the scheduling worked very well. We are very happy with the results.

A lot of people say that TLC is expensive and maybe they are in their plumbing work but if you have to have a sewer cleaned, they were right here very quick and their work is good. We have a big tree out front and because it's an old house they love to get into the sewer pipes so before we started putting copper sulfate in the line, we had to have it cleaned out ever so often. They told us that we have a broken line so we're going to have that repaired. They were very good and very fast. You call them and they come right away. Their price is reasonable because we had another company come out and do it and it was more. They were very punctual and very professional.

The technician was polite and very professional.

They were good. They did a good job. They did what I asked them to do. I can't complain at all.
