TLC is my go to plumbing and heating/cooling company. Always get the best service, you can get their sevices from other providers a little cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

I was very pleased with TLC Plumbing & Utility. I had no problem with them. They came right out, did the work and that was it.

I've used them a couple of times. My overall experience with them was good. It wasn't a big job, it was a small job. It probably cost extra because up here in East Mountains I have to pay some travel fine sometimes. They are really good about coordinating their calls with the other people here in the East Mountains. What they do is they have one travel call and three customers so they split between the three customers which is really good about them. I can schedule with them when they've got other appointments up here or they will hold my schedule until an emergency and then they will do a day up here in the East Mountains.

Job was done late on a Dec afternoon, almost until dark. Javier was great, showed a lot of pride in his workmanship, which is rare these days. Clean-up was great and they came the day we called, even with all the rest of ABQ having broken pipes. Would absolutely use the company again.

LeaThey had to take the door molding off to get the old furnace out. Then he put the new furnace in hooked everything up, set the thermostat at the temperature that we want , put the door molding back on and brought in a vacuum and cleaned up after himself . It only took him a couple of hours to install the furnace. He was very polite and he made sure everything was clean when he left.

They did excellent service. They came out immediately and fixed it. He didn't charge me for coming late at night. He was so polite. I was really impressed with him. He was very professional. My yard was flooded and he didn't take any time at all. He knew exactly what was wrong. He said that he would just turn off the water for the sprinklers so I would have water inside. He temporarily fixed it and said he would be back the next morning. He came back promptly. The price was excellent. I have been recommending them.

Aside from running late on the first day of the job by a couple hours, Jeff and Jack did outstanding work and really went above and beyond on some aspects of the job. I've used TLC many times in the past and will continue to use them. This was a commercial job, took 2 full days to get it all done, and they came in below budget for the job, so I am quite pleased.

Came at appointment time, gave good estimates. Discussed mounting replacement, duct work, thermostat. Crew came at appointment time. Installed new mounting stand, repaired some flashing and roofing where had leaked. Installed new unit. Installed new thermostat. Completed hook-up, tested unit. Cleaned up any debris, packing, mess! Very courteous crew. Congenial. Efficient . Gave repeat-customer discount. Also called to check furnace and thermostat. Returned 2 times to re-check at no charge. Fixed minor problem. Have had them come to clear minor drain clog. Excellent service. WE ALWAYS CALL TLC. Reliable, back their work, quality work, prompt, reasonable. We are happy with them.

They were great, but they were expensive. They have a very good reputation in Albuquerque. This company was prompt and got the job done. I have not had any issues since the service was provided.

I don't even know where to begin. Our tankless water heater was giving two error codes - a gas pressure issue and a air pressure issue. On the first trip to our house, the technician spent 4 hours attempting to diagnose the problem. At the end of the day, he "thought it might be" out house pressure regulator (we have propane). He wanted to replace this to the tune of ~$650, but did not have confidence it would solve the issue. So, I performed independent research and determined the house regulator was fine - I will not go into the details. Next, out came to the house a senior technician and to field service managers. They did nothing that day but smooth talk and promise me it would get fixed. On the third trip out, the senior technician from the second trip attempted the repair of the gas pressure sensor, only to have the water heater completely die two days later. One important thing to note - during the three trips out to our house, nobody, not one person, checked the air pressure sensor. Finally, I was fed up - $450 in the hole and a dead water heater. I called the manufacturer and convinced them to let me work on the water heater (normally reserved for "trained" technicians). They told me how to diagnose the sensor - a simple 2 minute test in which you remove the upstream and downstream pressure lines, blow into them, and feel for resistance. No resistance, dead sensor. The manufacturer overnighted me a new sensor, I installed - BINGO - 1 hour of diagnosis and installation time - water heater has worked fine for 6 months now. TLC wasted countless hours of my time - 1 full day off work to meet them at house, hours of researching propane gas systems and regulators in order to prevent un-needed repairs, and ultimately no fix. Not to mention, I taught their technicians a thing or two about propane regulators, gas systems, and my tankless water heater. They also wasted a lot of their time - three trips to Sandia Park. I can say two positive things - they were always responsive, and refunded my money. I asked that they pay me for my time and the training I gave their technicians - they denied. The incompetency of the technicians was incredible. This is no exaggeration. Tankless water heaters are complicated pieces of equipment. In my opinion, TLC should not be working on them until they receive further training.

I called n reception scheduled appointment for same day. I was amazed I was going to get help so fast.......NOT.... By 5pm that day no one showed up n I had to call them once again. Manager informed me that appointment was never scheduled for me... He scheduled for next day... Fine! Tlc did show up early in the A.M..I explained the problem to the tech.. I was having problems with the drains from the shower, restroom and my washer. After what seamed 10 min he said he was done... I told him what about the plumbing that connects to the washer. The water overflows n I think the pipes are clogged. He said that what he did to the shower and restroom would take care of the problem from the pipes to the washer. As soon as he left I did a few loads of clothes and guess what happened. Yeah the water was all over my laundry room. I once again called him back and he did show up later that day. He had to go under the house to look at the pipes ( I was standing by the door and I never saw him go under to check the pipes) He then tells me that he was not about to clean out the problem.. That I should hire a Plumber to have the pipes removed and replaced... HELLO. Aren't u a plumbing company... So once again I am in the hunt for a Plumber who can do all the service I needed rather than wast my money on have a job TLC did for us...

I've used TLC for several years, for all kinds of problems in my house. I had heard they were more expensive than other places, but I needed someone on a holiday once, and they were the ones who would come. The service was so good, I called them the next time and the next. I'm particularly impressed because they have so many employees that I've probably never seen the same one more than once -- nevertheless, the level of professionalism has remained the same. They are prompt and courteous, and the receptionists are extremely pleasant, too. They may be a little more expensive, but their reliability makes it worth it.

It was satisfactory. They were professional and knowledgable.

We received 3 bids in the fall of 2013 to install a new heating and cooling system in our home. We live in a 3600 sq ft house so it is a pretty big size to keep our home comfortable. We went with TLC due to their professionalism and fair price. We worked directly with Kris Benton and he was a great communicator during the entire installation. Once we were ready to submit the down payment, we arranged for a date to start the work. It took about 7-8 days total from start to finish. TLC has awesome employees- we mainly interacted with Julio and Rick during the installation. They were so friendly, professional and hard working. They kept me up to date with their daily progress and actually finished ahead of schedule. They kept our home clean and I appreciated that. I highly recommend TCL for any heating/cooling issues.

They were prompt and straightforward. It came out exactly what they quoted. They treated me right. With regard to price, they are a little more expensive. Their punctuality was okay; they were on time.

The plumber was very polite and professional. He had to spend quite a bit of time scraping off the egg shells from the pipes. He finished I a timely manner and we were very pleased with the service. No more egg shells down the drain!

We woke up one day to find a gushing outside faucet and the third of 3 issues with the a/c. Another company had been working on the a/c; with the final failure we called TLC based on the rcommendation of a co-worker. They were able to send someone out that morning, someone who could do both plumbing and heating/cooling! The outside faucet was replaced very quickly with a new and very high quality faucet. Cliff then had to step through the incremental repairs done on the outside a/c unit by the other company, and then examine the furnace and thermostat to determine why the fan was no longer coming on. A blown fuse on the furace let him to examine the electrical connections on the thermostat where the problem was located. He redid the wiring, replaced the fuse, and the a/c system was once again fully functional. NOTE: We don't actually member the cost of the service. It was very reasonable, we do know that.

TLC came out and repaired a wall heating unit that quit working; they responded quickly to the call, came as promised and fixed the heater.

Have used TLC a number of times, have always been satisfied. Called about a toilet clog. Toilet was running by the time he came. Said it was probably because it was older and had mineral deposits. Suggested it might make sense to replace the toilet. Seemed reasonable. We talked about the other toilet I had replaced last year and he suggested that it was a *lower end* choice [although I have been very satisfied with it}. So I agreed to an upgrade and said to go ahead and replace the toilet. I did not get an estimate before hand. Got a bill for over $500 which included two hours of labor @ $104 an hour - the time it took to go and purchase the toilet. The actual install was about 30 min. A later trip to lowe's showed me I could have purchased a quality toilet for under $200 with a $99 install fee. My error for not checking before. Their error for gouging me.

They were really good. They were responsive and they knew what they were doing. They did it right away. The price was good for what they did.

The TLC technician was knowledgable, well-prepared, responsive, and efficient. We particularly benefited from his competence in tutoring us about operating and maintaining our system in a healthy and cost-effective manner.

Fantastic. Ben took great time and effort in diagnosing the issue. He ended up discovering that the ducting was what caused the problem, so we then had to coordinate with the builder. Once the builder did their thing, Ben was able to make the repair. I could not be happier with the service I received, and the great patience and care that Ben took with the system. I would absolutely go to TLC again!

It went really well. The installation was good. They were fast.
