The man that came was very professional. Their pricing is very good and I would highly recommend them.

The best that I can say is, I am glad that I did not have to do it myself. The TLC crew did the job well, right and there is no sign they were ever at my home.

The service was fine. One person came out and took, maybe, an hour to complete the job. I would absolutely recommend them.

Carlos and his crew were exceptional. They selected, sized, and designed an appropriate system for the house and the install went great. Carlos was always available and stayed in contact about how things were going. Cody was also great, they are a hard-working team. I would not hesitate to have Carlos and TLC handle any of my swamp->AC conversion needs.

Although it turned out that nothing needed repair, the information he gave us, along with the tips for energy efficiency, was worth the money. He charged for an hour of time, which is what his work took.

Arrived promptly and provided excellent service. I have used them many times in the past and have never been disappointed.

The did an exceptionally fantastic job. They included an additional access point to the water line in the front yard and back yard so I could install an irrigation system at a later date. It was worth every penny and I will never use another company from now on.

Eric Santillanes was the person who came and provided me with a quote and who performed the work with another person. The job was to install a new water heater and move my ac system from my roof to the ground, which required brand new pipes, etc. From the first day (getting a quote) to the installation everything went well. The work was very well-done, both Eric and the gentlemen working with him were very professional.

They are a corporation so you don't know who is going to come which, I think, is a downside but on the other hand they will always schedule you pretty well. They will also tell you the cost upfront. They are also straight-forward. he made sure everything was clean and he gave me the extra oil. He made sure he explained everything to me so I could repair it myself in the future.

Our service tech was fantastic. He had done work for us prior and returned for this job. He could not have been nicer. Joseph was a true professional.

I called and received a time and date for their service. They came out w/i 3 buiness days from the time I first got in touch with them. Quick to response time and great work. I will use them in the future.

For plumbing we used TLC, yes TLC Plumbing. The charge was like 400 or something. We pick up the water heater recently. He came out to do that for 400 or something like that. They were efficient. I thought that the price was very reasonable when I compared it to some other prices that I collected. It was an emergency job and they did it that day. The water was in all night and they came out and they ended it, it was awesome.

I had made an appointment for an estimate to purchase and install an evaporative cooler. My appointment was scheduled 6/16/14 and was told the representative would arrive between 1 and 3 pm. I received a call at 2:40 pm from the representative, and was told he was running late. I took time out of my busy schedule to make this appointment which turned out to be a waste of my time! Poor customer service and lack of courtesy call. I will get estimates from other Angie's List recommended businesses.

Excellent service, the serviceman was prompt and knowledgeable. The service was performed quickly and thoroughly. I have used TLC several times now and, while they may not be the cheapest company in town, they know what they are doing and stand behind their work. So, if I want to make sure the job is done right, I call TLC.

Courteous, professional service... minimized hole in ceiling for repair, completely removed mold from insulation and ceiling and voluntarily sprayed with Clorox solution to prevent future mold. Cleaned work area completely. Totally satisfied... very professional...TLC recommended highly.

When I called an actual person answered the phone. They did not have an exact time when a tech could come out, but put me on a list for the next available. In less than an hour Ralph called and was here right away. Came in, was very polite, quickly unclogged the drain, cleaned up nicely, took payment for the job and was on his way. I received my Angie's List discount and everything is back to normal again. I couldn't ask for better service and would highly recommend them.

The technician was very friendly and professional. He went right to work and made sure that everything was working efficiently. He made suggestions on how to make my AC units more efficient. It didn't take him very long to figure out what was wrong. He also offered to call my husband to explain what was wrong with the AC. I will definitely call TLC again.

I originally called to get a quote on a swamp cooler. In the meantime I had hot water problems, and I also had a weird situation with an outside faucet where I could not attach a standard garden hose. As for the hot water situation, he never did any sort of testing or analysis. He simply gave me a quote of nearly 2000 dollars for a new hot water tank. I have since learned that the problem may simply be a clogged cartridge on the faucet in the shower. As for the swamp cooler. he never gave me a quote, but said that I may want to consider replacing the entire heating and AC system for between 8500 and 12000 dollars. Then there was the faucet. I had a weird thread, and could not figure out how to attach a standard garden hose to it. He never explained what was going on, but told me that he would get back to me later that day or the next. He also told me that he was not an expert on swamp coolers, but would have his boss call me and set up a time for a second opinion on that job. I never heard back from them. The faucet problem turned out to be simple. All I needed was a vacuum breaker with a fine thread. I bought one through Amazon for less than $30. He could have just told me that. I would NEVER use these people again.

On the plus side they promptly returned my call first thing in the morning as the answering service said they would. Bad thing is don't bother if you have any emergency, since they can't get anyone out for a week. In this busy season, as of June 2nd, the first appt is June 9th.

Appreciated the professionalism of the TLC plumber that came out (Ralph) to help clear a clogged drain. He had a difficult task as the clog was far down the drain and the only way to reach it with a snake was through the vent stack on the roof. The vent stack is smaller than the standard size and so he offered to improvise by modifying his bit to fit the smaller opening. He worked on the drain for nearly an hour and half to free the clog. He was excellent and the scheduling was very easy as well.

I noticed water pooling up on the side of the house and called TLC. A service rep came out and diagnosed the problem as a leaking water main. Since this was old and the original pipes (galvanized steel), the entire line would have to be replaced. The rep said he could start working on it, but it would be at overtime/weekend rates. At his recommendation, I made an appointment for another service rep to come out on Monday. Wesley came out and gave me a verbal proposal of $2800. Since this is the busy season (swamp cooler hookups), he could not schedule the work until Friday, but he said he would try to get to it earlier if possible. Wesley and his assistant came out a day early on May 8 and started working on the line. Instead of digging a trench, they could dig large holes and feed the new line through. An additional line was fed from the main line to the sprinkler/dripper system box. They ran into some problems with tree roots, a large rock, etc. and some of the connections on the sprinkler box had to be replaced. Also, a city rep had to mark the gas lines and then inspect the job when it was completed. The main line was finished and good to go on Friday, May 9. Wesley and his assistants came out on Monday, May 12 to finish the sprinkler system connection and fill the holes back up. Everything is working fine now. Despite the problems they encountered, TLC stuck to the original proposal and didn't charge any extra. I would recommend TLC for large jobs like this because they know what they are doing and have the equipment to do it. The service reps/are always polite and explain what they are doing every step of the way.

Downstairs was flooded in the morning. I shut off water to house and called TLC Monday morning. They scheduled me for a Tuesday morning appointment (somewhere between 8 and 10). I didn't want an emergency call so we just kept the water off for day. Contractor was scheduled coming over between 8 and 10. Ben called at 8 and was at the house by 8:15. He was very professional and spent a few minutes understanding everything, then got right to work. Ben cut through a back wall to access the area leaking. The parts needed were not standard (as I expected based on the last time I replaced parts in the house). He called, found parts, purchased them and was back after about half an hour. The parts were $140 and he let me know before installing them. He finished up and then I asked him to check out a toilet that was not working properly. He adjusted it and recommended getting a new toilet before putting any additional money into the one we had. He explained that there are more efficient ones that were reasonably priced. Total cost was $370
