Justin and his team are great to work with! He s super honest, easy going, and gets the job done. I use him at my apartment complex that I manage for new security ideas, service calls etc. and recently my personal home for installing security cameras and monitoring. The process with Thompson Satellite is always fast, easy, great quality, and any questions I have are always answered right away.

Thompson Sattelite did great

I initially had a poor installation of the dish, the technician left it loose and when it got windy I lost service. When I called to get service for no Internet, They scheduled a time frame of 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. The tech showed up in my driveway at 9:30 am, then called me and stated I am a little early. I told him I was busy and expected him as scheduled 11 to the 2-time frame. he said he would go onto another call and would return after 2 pm, and if I was ok with that. I said yes. I called the tech to his cell phone at 1:55 pm to see if he was on the way over. He was very rude to me and said: I already went back and nobody was home so I am not going back again. Which was a lie since I was home. I then called the Thompson office they scheduled a different tech for the Next day, 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. The tech called me at 8:30 am and said he was on his way over. He arrived at 9:30 am. This company has a major problem with scheduling. *Beware*

Damaged home during instal, incorrect equipment and don t deliver on promises. Only calls I get are to update billing and not the repairs or correcting hardware concerns. They even sent a installer with a drunk girlfriend to my install that cussed him out every chance she could. This business is a joke. Still waiting for owner to keep to his word.

They used indoor wire for outside, never have returned any of my calls, can not get anyone out to repair. Do not use!

If you are looking for a company that overcharges, treats you like they could not care less about your needs, and does not return your calls, when first meeting you-everything that you ask for is agreed to...then of course NONE OF THOSE SWEET PROMISES ARE FOLLOWED THROUGH. Ask me about one of the worst experiences of recent memory and I can give you this companys phone number! And if you want a job to take 2 months to complete -- (and that is with continual calls to employees)

Tech Donovan Chatto installed our business internet service, very professional, showed up early, professional installation and recommend company to other relatives. Very satisfied.

I had previously given Thompson Satellite a negative review but after sitting down with Torrance we were able to resolve our issues of miscommunication which were as much my fault as there is Torrance has taken care of my problems and has satisfied my concerns on how Thompson will take care of my units in the future. We have agreed to work as a team moving forward I will do my part and they will do there is I can now without any hesitation highly recommend Thompson Satellite for MDU projects and any other project that has to do with satellite work GLENN G.

Very pleased with the outcome. Cameras were placed where needed, and installation went very well. Thompson was concerned about saving me money, and that is rare in this day and age. Will recommend them to others.

Crew was very friendly, fast and efficient. They handled the unique challenge of this being a wall mount of a very heavy 50" plasma in a manufactured home with innovation. The installation looks great! I definitely recommend them.
