+ 0 moreThe work took nearly 8 hours. Different work areas required different preps and drying times. The result was a beautiful smooth white stucco finish that really helped to create a beautiful room. We would definitely hire Mr. Markley again and recommend spending the time to convey exactley what you want the end result to look like. We got more than our money's worth.
Description of Work: The stucco work was part of remodeling the living room and preparing the fireplace for a stove insert. The work consisted of repairing damage to the walls, creating a smooth white coat of stucco to the fireplace surround, adjacent walls, and banco. This involved preping and shaping 5 different types of surfaces. Mr Markley charged $35.00 per hour for labor plus materials. He spent spent some time with us to understand what we wanted. Mr. Markley also conferred several times with the stove installer to insure that the stucco work supported the new stove insert requirements.
