Description of Work: We had 2 14" Solatubes installed in our dark great room, and it is now very bright. Brooke provided the estimate and great customer service, and Don and Tim performed a grade-A installation. They were very fast and efficient, and also provided me with answers to other questions that will most likely bring them more of my business in the future. They go above and beyond what anyone should expect from a contractor.

Description of Work: They provide solar tubes. They installed two solar lights. They were very professional & very efficient. They began at 9 AM & finished about noon. I'm very happy with the results!

Description of Work: They were timely and did professional installation. Excellent cleanup as they went. Very nice folks from show room to installers. Even provided information necessary for HOA approval. Lighting made a huge difference in dining and kitchen areas. 5 year guarantee on product and installation was important.

Description of Work: We purchased our solatube Lighting in 1999 and we just love them our house had some dark spots in it and the solatube lights up that area saves us a ton never had a problem with them . We just had a new roof installed and the roofers took them off i was concerned that they did not install them right I called Natural lighting they came when promised and adjusted them and set them back to perfection status this company Is awesome I recommend solatube 100% its a wonderful product and you will never feel that they wont back be there for you after the sale.

+ -1 moreDuane and helper Tim came EXACTLY on time - we talked about where to put the tubes and what cover (regular, diffused) and then I left for work. I came home to two natural light filled bathrooms. You would not even know they were there - the house was left exactly the same. They were professional, punctual, fast, clean. I'm told it takes about an hour to an hour an a half per tube installed. Love it!

Company is run by a husband and wife team (Duane & Marcia Johnson) with 15+ years of experience in light tubes. At the office, Marcia was informative and pleasant, and was able to schedule us in within one week. Duane arrived as scheduled with his helper, Tim. Tim has been with Duane for the entire 15 years, which says something in itself. Duane and Tim were all you could wish for in workmen at your home: personable, efficient, clean, and professional..

+ -1 moreThey were responsive to our questions about the product, how many we would need, and the benefits. Duane does the installation and his wife runs the shop (we talked to her on the phone for the appointment). I dinged them on the price, but that is probably controlled more by Solar Tube than by them . Those prices seem pretty consistent from place to place, and Duane was definitely worth the money for the installation---with this going on the roof, we really didn't want to mess something up by attempting ourselves. We are planning to call them next year to install a second one.

+ -1 moreThey came on time, were polite, quiet, neat, efficient and did a wonderful job installing them. Used plastic sheeting around the holes they made in the ceiling so that no dirt was spread around the room. Left the rooms as they found them except with an amazingly increase in the amount of light in them! Highly recommend this company!
Description of Work: Duane came out and gave us an estimate for having 4 solar tubes installed. He said he does not take credit cards so that he wouldn't have to increase the cost of installation. It was a lot of money but I don't know anyone else in the city that would do as a professional job. He came back, with a helper, 3 weeks later and installed the tubes exactly where we wanted them. It took about 5 hours.
