Description of Work: Was wanting work during the winter. Did a great job, once. |Sprinklers weren't working. After a few calls he finally returned the call. Did not come back when he said he would. Finally, he came back. Fixed half the problem. Said he was really busy with a big job. Toldo me it would be about 40.00 to fix everything. Before finishing he said it was going to be 80.00. Paid him. Said he would be back to fill the hole where work was done in 1 week. 2 weeks later I had to call someone else. |He needs the work but makes promises he can't keep.

Description of Work: Charged double the initial estimate to fix sprinklers. Did not finish his promised work. I had to call someone else. He may be over-extended. Promises but no shows repeatedly. I hired someone else to finish his job. I called 3 times to ask him to finish the job. He finally called back about 3 weeks later.
