Description of Work: First scheduled appt, I forgot they were coming. Rescheduled. Had a pile of junk for them to pick up. Gave my son instructions for them to pick up pile and a few other items. They cleared out the RIGHT SIDE of my garage. I came home and cried. I called them and they said they repeatedly asked my son if that was my intent. I'M NOT SURE WHY THEY DIDN'T BOTHER TO CALL ME. I blamed my son for his carelessness. I blame myself everyday for not taking off work. I begged them to let me drive to the junk yard to look for my my items, some were irreplaceable. They said no. I'm still upset.

Description of Work: I'm currently remodeling my home and I had a pile of construction debris from demoing a bathroom. Devon was there when he said he would be and when I got home the area was clean and even swept up. I have another pile going now and will be contacting S and H again. This is a great company.

Description of Work: They removed a huge pile of yard debris and an old water heater that greatly exceeded the capacity of their small dumpster ($99 offer purchased through this site). So they took what they could on the first trip and returned the following week with a much larger dumpster ($300) to haul away the remaining debris. I felt their price was fair considering the amount of debris they removed from my property.

Description of Work: They were hired to pick up some piles of branches and other yard debris - some of the items were bagged trash. I live out of town and was not able to personally inspect their work, but they did do an good job. One problem was that they were not able to come when they first scheduled the work. They came the next week which was not a problem for this job and they did call first to discuss their need to reschedule.
