+ 0 moreThey changed out the battery of my iPhone 5S in about 10 minutes while I waited for $40 + tax, compared to $79 + tax at the Apple Store. The battery they put in is apparently the same one that Apple use, and they returned the old battery for me, and then accepted it back for recycling. The new battery was already charged, so I was immediately able to use the iPhone normally.They took the phone out of its case for me, and then put it in back into its case afterwards.They were pleasant and polite and friendly. They even have comfy sofas by in the front area of the store for you to wait upon. The store looks clean & tidy, and well organized.They e-mailed the receipt to me, and their work is covered by a 90 day warranty. I was delighted, and I strongly recommend this store for competence, good value, and excellent customer service.
