Selection was good, craftsmanship was excellent, quality is high, delivery was as promised, and price was acceptable -- though not cheap. We remain very pleased with the piece we bought from Amish Connection.

I went to their store and they had a lot to look at, but I custom-ordered something smaller. They are very knowledgeable and nice to work with. They are not pushy. I had gone to another store that sold Amish furniture but their prices were really high and I did not like what they had. This place has more contemporary type stuff as well as more of the old fashioned quality. They have good quality, good vendors and can order different things for me. The price, because of the quality, is high. The service is very good. We are going to pick up the piece of furniture because they do charge for shipping. They do get back to me quickly.

We love our furniture. Our sales associate, Jeanne made it easy to narrow down our ideas and come up with something to make us both happy. The furniture is top quality and no doubt will be in our family for many generations to come. The delivery crew is polite and professional. You will pay more for this furniture, and you will wait a long time for delivery (14 weeks), but you'll get exactly what you want (wood, stain, quality, size, service). Save your pennies and get the good stuff. We're so happy with today's order that we just placed another order.

The furniture is expensive but the quality of workmanship is superb. Another example of getting what you pay for. The sales people are very helpful and very professional as are the delivery folks.

The work was very satisfactory. They are expensive; but they are very good. The experience was good. I just had to go and pick out my style of table, woods, and kind of chairs I want. They work on every detail of it. Amish people in the Midwest handcraft the products. They use timber from the private land. Nobody has to feel bad about ruining rainforest or things like that. They are very precise. They get it perfect. They deliver the product. I got what I paid for.
