Our team is highly skilled in property restoration and interacting with insurance carriers. We're not just a roofing company, we are GB98 Commercial General Contractor that can handle all trades to restore, and increase the value of, your commercial property. We also offer these services on a limited basis to our residential clients but with the highest quality materials at a fair price. We have nearly 40 years of experience providing quality construction to customers across the Southwest. We are the only contractor in New Mexico that is certified GAF Master Elite and Owen's Corning Platinum Preferred. Nationally only 2% of contractors achieve either of these statuses. We are the first company in New Mexico to receive the coveted GAF Presidential award.

We offer commercial GB98 Commercial General Contracting Restoration services with a focus on performance roof systems. We offer high performance roof systems at a fair price for residential customers. We can also subcontract windows, gutters, stucco, and HVAC.

We do not offer new construction home building...yet or additions to existing structures.

I have the most professional experience. We have been dealing roof problem for years. Jessy came personally. He took some pictures. The work performed, the professionalism of his people, and follow up were amazing . It was amazing. We were saving money. The roof that they did was what we needed. They were immaculate. I recommended to everyone I knew. He and his staffs were amazing. He spoke like family. They gave us the most detailed quote. The roof retained cool.

They were very pleasant to work with. They came in within my budget. They came on time when they said they would. They didn't leave any mess. They came back and did painting on the dents. Jeffrey was very personable and easy to work with. I would recommend TBC to repair or replacement.
