I was contacted by Mark Reese, owner. He was informative and was willing to help me with my laptop that crashed. We had an appointment but it needed to be changed because of a major problem with another client. Mark called me in plenty of time and rescheduled for the following day. The senior tech came and my problem was corrected. Highly recommend the company.
