Sunshine Property Management offers the following services: Place advertisements, provide signage on property and surrounding areas within 24 hours of contract, show property in person to prospective tenants, run credit and criminal background checks, complete lease and disclosure paperwork, arrange for repair, collect monthly rent, pay bills i.e. mortgage, water, association fees, etc. (optional), handle all communication with tenants and send monthly statements by the 15th of each month.
