I called Sundance Roofing for a repair in 2016 they did a great job now this year 2019 I got a new roof installed by them. Im so happy with how it looks, the work, the workers, the sales man, everything was great. I highly recommend them for repairs or new roof.

They were rude and smoking directly in my face. He said that they don't have any guarantees on roof repairs. They take no responsibility. The owner, Kenny, was very rude. He actually told me to get a new roof when my roof is only 6 years old and doesn't need to be completely replaced. He is not professional at all. In the contract they even state that there is no guaranteed or under any sort of warranty. So if you spend 1500 and then something is wrong, you're on your own.

Four leaks in the first two years after work performed. Never quit leaking through the warranty period. Quit leaking after I coated the whole roof with Henry's.

The roofing crew was very punctual, they arrived by 8 AM every morning (it was a 3 1/2 day job) and did roofing till almost dark every night. Then they cleaned up the property. Everybody involved in this project was very nice and professional. I would recomend Sundance to one and all.

They were vedry good. Did a nice job on the roof. They cleaned up well. Answered all our questions. We have been pleased so far.

We had a roof that leaked every time it rained (which is not that often here in Albuquerque, but still we did not want to continue to put buckets in our dining room every time it rained). Sundance Roofing came out and fixed it for us very quickly. We haven't had any problems ever since. They were professional and did an excellent job. Highly recommended!

Met with Kenny, the Project Manager/Salesman and he provided a timely, reasonable and complete quote. Included everything I asked for and got me a cirtificate of insurance as asked. Pulled a permit and had the job inspected by the City on the last day working. Workers were punctual, were working by 7:15 every morning and cleanedup every afternoon when finished for the day. They completed the job in a timely manner and looks great.

They do quality work. The workmen were always prompt, courteous and they worked hard and did not mess around during working hours, ever. I even chose them to replace my driveway, based on this first experience. However, as in any major job, there is fine tuning to be done. I say there IS instead of there WAS, because almost three months later that fine tuning is not done. I have been a squeaking wheel over this fine tuning and was finally told that they are too busy, and basically that my fixes are not where the money is. So if you choose to use Sundance, you will get a very good job but I would advise you to hold payment until the fine tuning, whatever it is, gets completed. I am more than disappointed with their follow up skills and left with fixes that may never get done. Fixes completed 1/26/12.

I have used them in the past and will be using their services again. They are extremely honest. I used them several years ago on another property I was in, and I needed knee replacements at that time and so I couldn't get up on the roof. I had five different people come out and give me estimates on what the roof needed. I knew that one part of the roof didn't really need anything, and theirs was the only honest estimate out of five. All the others were trying to charge me for redoing work that really did not need to be done. I knew that but they didn't know that. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the quality of their work.
