Marcos and his partner (sorry did not get a name although he did introduce himself to my husband) were hard working , polite and kept us informed about how the work was going. This is the second job we have had with Strongbilt and everyone of their employees are very nice and care about their customers. Work was scheduled and done in a timely manner.

They were great. Came out immediately because it was an emergency issue and I just gave birth with my son. They're really nice. He showed us the issue with our furnace. They were really great. We plan to used them in any HVAC and Plumbing work in the future. Great to work with. Price were reasonable even though it's a emergency service.

I highly encourage people to stay away from Strongbuilt Solar & Air. They got my attention with their sale on seasonal service. After having them service my York furnace, the blower on it soon started to fall apart. Charging me $80.08 for a diagnostic call, they quoted $1,790 to fix it and lied about parts no longer being available. Doing my own research, I found the parts were definitely available from a local York distributor for $300.00. The tech from Strongbuilt agreed to install the assembly at a rate of $120/hour. I called several times to schedule the tech for the install and my call hasn’t been returned to this day. With help from the distributor I was put in touch with a licensed HVAC professional who installed my new blower at a rate of $75/hour. It took him only an hour and a half. My furnace has been working great. I think it’s pretty crappy that Stongbuilt tried to get me to pay $1,790 for a job that cost only $425.00. Please people, do your homework! Don’t let Strongbuilt or any other contractor get away with price gouging!
