+ -1 moreEvery time we called to check on our merchandise, we were told "2 more weeks". We finally got the bed after weekly phone calls. The remainder of our order was never even started, even though we were repeatedly promised that it was being worked on and would be done "in 2 more weeks." Finally, after waiting 6 months for our furniture, we requested a refund. That was 2 weeks ago. We have never seen the refund, nor has our credit card company, even though the owner told us it was processed 2 weeks ago. She is not returning our phone calls.
Description of Work: They had a southwestern style bed for us. It came 6 weeks after the promised date. We also ordered a dresser, chest, nightstands and mirrors which we never received.
