STEVE'S DOOR INSTALL

Steve, his son, and Martin were a fantastic and fun crew. They know their stuff! Unfortunately the door that I had purchased was bowed, and although they got it functioning, I need to get it replaced. The door is warranted against defects, so the new door will be coming soon. I hope to get Steve and his crew out again ASAP to hang the new one!

Professional, efficient and very helpful. I called and made an appointment to get an estimate to replace my front door. Steve arrived on time and made excellent suggestions about the type of door that would best meet my needs, and gave me what I thought was a very reasonable estimate. We settled on an installation day the following week and once again Steve arrived on time. He installed the new front door, transferred the lock sets from my old door to the new one and installed new hinges to match the lock hardware. All new weather stripping was installed and a new seal was installed on the bottom of the door. Everything was cleaned up and the old door removed. Total time was under an hour and a half.

I called Steve for an estimate, he arrived right on time, was polite and professional. We arranged a date and time to do the work and he and the crew were on time and had the work completed in under 45 minutes. They did great work and left no mess.

We could not be happier with job that Steve and Martin did on our installation! They were timely, very courteous and professional. Our installation ended up being more complicated than we anticipated because of poor measurement by a different general contractor that we got through a big-box store. With Steve and Martin's experience, they were able to make our custom ordered doors work for our home. They were exceptionally detail-oriented and made sure everything was done to the best quality before they finished the job. We plan on using Steve's Door Install for some future jobs that we have planned and highly recommend them!!!

I decided to replace all my painted door hinges with new ones. Out of 10 doors that I worked on, 6 of them ended up sticking. Steve fixed all of the sticking doors and finished installing hinges on the remaining doors. Every door works fine now.

Steve and team arrived at the promised time and quickly went to work installing a door we purchases elsewhere. The team worked well together and moved through the process professionally.

Late in the evening yesterday I had a problem with my front door. I knew it would entail taking the door off the hinges, which was beyond my age capacity. I was able to finally get it shut for the night and called Steve's Door Install first thing this morning. Luck was with me as unbelievably, they were working a couple of blocks away. When they completed that job, they came right over and the problem was taken care of, to my satisfaction, literally in "the blink of an eye." Angie's List certainly directed me to the right people. Overjoyed with their work ethic.

I had a real problem door repair that involved a complicated tear out and an equally complicated installation and these guys made it look like child's play. They came promptly on time, had the door out in no time with nearly no damage to the outside stucco. I was expecting a huge stucco repair after the door was removed and re-installed but now just need minor trim touch up on the exterior stucco. The new door works perfectly and the installation is perfect in every way...fit, finish, operation are all better than I could have hoped. I think these guys are the best door installers in Albuquerque and you would be crazy if you did not get a quote from them and let them at least look at your door project. I have several other doors that are working their way towards the landfill and am planning on having Steve's Doors replace them one by one...the best of the best in town. Their price was fair, the service excellent and their knowledge and experience proved invaluable in getting my problem door replaced and fully operational again in no time (just a few hours from start to finish).

THEY ARE A WELL KNOWN BUSINESS. YOU COULD TELL THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY GOT THE DOOR HUNG QUICKLY AND NOTHING BAD HAS HAPPENED, SO THEY MUST OF DONE A GOOD JOB.
