Work was great but at $95 per hour I'd shop around. Coupon on Angie's list was a bit deceptive.

All went flawlessly. Scott is a great guy who was very responsive to our needs.

Response time was good.

Scott was on time, had the resources to make the diagnosis. A really great guy, even if the old freezer was beyond repair. This is someone I would trust if other appliances need repair.

I have a GE monogram dishwasher which came with a house I purchased (GE would not be my 1st choice for a dishwasher). Recently it has lost its mind and began randomly beeping and changing its wash settings without being touched. Scott was nice enough to look up the part costs and give me an estimate which helped me to decide to replace the dishwasher verses repair it. I will add Scott to my list of repair professionals.

I called for service on my oven. Scott took my name and number and said he would call the next day after lunch and come to see me. I called him the next day at 2:30 pm and asked why he hadn't called. He said he thought that I had called and cancelled the appointment, but that it must have been someone else with the same first name. He asked for my name and number again because he had thrown my information in the trash. I declined and said I would get someone else. He said that was fine.

Scott repaired my dryer the same day I called. He was prompt, professional and efficient.

I currently have a 4 year old LG front loader washer and dryer. I was washing a load of laundry when I heard a very loud horrible sound coming from the washer during the high spin cycle. I immediately turned off the machine. It sounded like a handful of gravel was grinding on the inside. I contacted LG who advised they do not send out a service rep on applicances no longer in warranty, but had a list of local providers. I was given a list of about 5 different companies. Some were on Angies List with not the greatest ratings and others were not on the list. "Scott's Mobile Technical Services" was listed but no reviews. I decided to take a chance and call and I am very happy I did. Scott came out the next day, got the washer to make the same sound again and we discussed options. Scott told me he would have to completely take apart the washer to get to the drum and see what happened. This would be time consuming, but I decided to go ahead and have it taken apart. Scott returned the next day and took the washer apart. As it turned out, two wires (from an underwire bra) had somehow worked their way through the small holes in the drum to the other side and thats what was causing the horrible racket! (ladies beware if you wash underwires in the machine!) I would have never guessed that could have been the problem! At any rate, Scott removed the wires, put the washer back together and it works like new again. Scott is personable, knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to contact him again for repairs.
