real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreThey came out and used a town home to appraise my home which is a single family dwelling, and it's a corner lot. So they estimated the cost would be $160,000, which was $188,000 four years ago. He was condescending and rude. He told me to go inside so he could take pictures, and he was very rude.
Description of Work: They sent me a bill for $450. They came out to appraise my home.
