Avoid this company at all costs. I had them come out to check on my HVAC unit, and the guy said he looked at it and fixed it, and charged me an arm and a leg. Merely a few weeks later, it is acting up again and having issues. I called signature and they said they would have to charge me all over again for him to come out, even though these issues should have been caught the first time around. Why do they think they can justify charging to have someone come out every single time when it's their fault the issues weren't caught the first time around? Instead, go work with a company who can take ownership over their responsibility and doesn't keep charging you just for the heck of it.

Mike S. was here within the window that I was given. He explained everything that would happen. It was a hotwater tank flush, plus a system check. He was very thorough. Next time I want Mike S. to do my work. Thank you, Signature.

Dan was very flexible and came up with a solution to our issues, installing indoor units outside in sheet metal "coffins". Oscar and his co-worker were prompt, courteous and professional at the installation. We highly recommend them.

Awful, had a scheduled appointment for 11:30 am received a phone call at 10:41 from Jose their dispatcher saying someone will be her in 30 minutes. No one showed till 1:30. In the mean time called the company to express my dissatisfaction with the company talked to a manger he and she because I called twice both did the obligatory I’m sorry. On the second call I cancelled the appointment So finally as I stated at 1:30 someone showed up and I wasn’t going to support this company in anyway so I turned him away, so to say the least I wouldn’t use this company customer service and promptness is extremely lacking. Three hours late for an appointment is totally unacceptable
