+ -1 moreEVEN THOUGH WE BOUGHT OUR WASHER AND DRYER AT SEARS, THE QUALITY OF THEIR REPAIR WAS HORRIBLE. THEY DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM AT ALL AND ACTUALLY MANAGED TO MAKE IT A LOT WORSE. IT STILL LEAKS AND THE REPAIRMEN WERE SIMPLY RUDE.
