Description of Work: This is the second time I've used Sarah's. She had my washer running again in about 15 minutes by clearing out some hot water buildup. I've personally recommended her to several friends.

Description of Work: Our freezer broke, she had the parts available as she talks to you before she comes to your home. If she runs late she calls. She is awesome and we will use her services in the future as necessry.

Description of Work: The water dispenser on our roughly 20-year old refrigerator was leaking. Sarah diagnosed the problem as a worn-out valve. She had a new valve with her, so she installed it and checked for function and leaks. She was very professional and pleasant throughout the job, even doing a little cleaning of the condenser coils. She arrived slightly after the scheduled window but when she learned she would be delayed she called ahead to be sure that was OK with us.

Description of Work: I called Sara to request a quote for a clogged dishwasher. She was busy. She told me I could fix it myself without having to pay her a fortune. I followed her instructions and I unclogged the dishwasher without any complications.
