+ -1 moreThey showed up and quickly identified that there was a problem due to the length of the bolt required, and had to order some extra parts. Well because of ordering parts, and some business travel I had, it was almost a month later before he could come install them. With the front service desk, we had set a time, 3 weeks in advance of when he would be there. When he came, he took care to make sure they were installed correctly and make sure I was happy. The install was great and it was definitely something I couldn't have done. He cleaned the area after he left, and the doors look great. I would definitely use Sandia Lock again.
Description of Work: I bought some door handles for the front door, garage door, and side door for our house from Home Depot. Its one of those projects where you think you can do it until you read the instructions. I needed help to install them.

+ -1 moreTENS MINUTES AFTER I CALLED THEM THEY WERE OUT TO MY CAR AND THEN GOT MY KEYS OUT IN LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH HOW QUICK THEY WERE. I AM SO HAPPY THEY WERE THERE WHEN I NEEDED THEM.
