Everything went great, Alfonso is very nice to work with and his crew did a great job. They were very professional and got all the work done in a timely manner and I was happy with all the results. I would highly recommend this company.

Sandia Building solutions was able to address our roofing replacement immediately and completed the job in under a week. Their price was competitive and the workmanship was very good. They responded to problems with our house quickly and made sure the job was done right.

This company does not, ultimately, care about the people who's roofs they're working on. After only two years, their work is failing and they are refusing to take accountability. They aggressively blamed the manufacturer of the product they used and refused to even consider it could have been their application. I did as they said and followed up with the manufacturer and have learned much about the work that should have been done on this roof. Through this process I now know because Adam and Alfonzo told me to my face that they knew what they sold to the property owners was not an appropriate solution on the roof but also that they explicitly did not offer a warranty on their labor because they were new at the product they were applying and didn't trust it. Now we are $14k out, they gave me an inflated quote of $38k to fix it which is downright disrespectful, and we still need the roof fixed! A company with no integrity whatsoever. Also Adam bragged about committing insurance fraud for hail.

Alfonzo, Adam, and Daniel were a dream to work with! Alfonzo ensured a seamlessly process with Adam working with the insurance company as the estimator, easing the pain of a roof replacement! Daniel and his crew did beautiful work and were careful and respectful of the property! They cleaned up everything and were kind enough to rid us of that clunky satellite dish!! Work was completed in a timely manner that did not impede normal traffic flow on the street. The thought of getting money back just shows how considerate they are for the customer. A great small business that is highly recommended for roofing and other jobs for the house!! A huge thanks to all involved!!

It was phenomenal, clean, neat, they were just wonderful. Because of their job, our neighbors also hired them to do their leaking roofs.

Our second story decking was leaking water into the house and the red wood decking was rotting. Sandia Buiding Solutions was extremely diligent in repairing the roof, double coating the entire area and leak testing. They recommended and installed a Trex Decking System in an expert manner. Excellent customer service, the owner dropped by on mulitple occasions to inspect the work. The outcome is exceptional.
