+ -1 moreEverything went great, job took a bit longer that he expected, needed to do a parts run, soldering and light modifications for hot water heater!
Description of Work: Valve under kitchen sink replace, bring hot water heater up to modern code, install pressure relief tank, relocate pressure relief valve drainage, install gas drip(?) add to gas line!

+ 0 moreOverall, he and his assistant did a good job and nicely filled in the hole. We think we were charged fairly. We didn't feel gouged. Also, Sam was easy to communicate with and did the work in a timely manner.
Description of Work: I had a leak at a T-junction in the supply pipe in our front yard. I had uncovered it myself but could not stop the leak.I called Sam about 8:30 p.m.. He said he'd be at our house by noon the next day. He arrived when he said he would. He replaced the T-junction and capped a pipe for a sprinkler drip system to be put in later.

+ 0 moreI had a water leak off the main line which he responded to on the day called after completing his days work. He dug under the sidewalk to reach the broken pipe preventing the replacement of the sidewalk. He worked steadily for two days to complete the job. In addition, he completely cleaned up the area when the job was completed. Overall Sam does a great job in a timely manner for a reasonable price.
Description of Work: Sam has provided plumbing services for me on several occasions. He has done several jobs for me including a leaky toilet, and broken shower and a broken water main. All the jobs were completed in a professional and timely manner. His fees were always reasonable. I would highly recommend him.
